I found the idea eyeglasses frame at an affordable price. However, after reading the many negative reviews about this business, I can only hope that my experience when my pickup my glasses is a positive experience. Additionally, I hope that the management team address the various concerns internally oppose to just responding to customer's complaints by saying "I'm sorry." While it's good to get aresponse however, it's clear that you have major concerns that needs to be addressed. Don't just respond but fit your problems.

I could not be more pleased. Mohammed was amazing, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I was able to get my new glasses and contacts.and it took very little time. I always feel like they care about me and my needs at VisionWorks. Thank You again Mohammed…I’ll see you next year!

A I came in Ms.Maribel intercepted me and took care of a problem that I have been having for Months and that’s keeping the Screws in my Glasses but Thanks to Maribel All is Wonderful her Personality is Infectious she even had me Laughing ?….!!!!Thanks!!!!!

I felt very comfortable with my doctor even though he was 19 years old. LolAll of the staff were friendly, and they got us in and out in no time. This is the second time visiting this store and we have always been treated nice. We will be back next year for our new glasses.

Representative who started helping was pleasant but when she called to get my benefits she said all they told her was that the insurance covers only 30% of all materials then she said they have a better offer in store, 50% off all frames and lenses. I've had Eyemed for forever now so I thought that didn't sound right. She gave me the number to call them myself and they sent me an email with my benefits. It said I have a 30% coinsurance. Given I understand coinsurance to mean I pay 30% of the price of the frame/lenses, I asked her for confirmation. She asked, who I guess is the supposed manager Gabe, and he said yes. After I WASTED my time looking for glasses and went to start the process to order, etc he asked her to verify my benefits and she said yeah she has the email. They looked at the email together then and he started calling someone else on the phone I guess to ask what it means. He hangs up and tells me that coinsurance means I only get 30% discount off of the frames/lenses and that he can give me 40%. I had looked up coinsurance in the meantime and yep! It means I pay 30% of the cost. In other words, I get a 70% discount. I showed him the meaning and he just said ok. Add to that, they went from telling me they can offer me a 50% discount off to 40%!!??? Lol!!! SCAMMERS! No thank you! I'll take my business elsewhere and pay my 30%. I let Gabe know I was going upstairs given him trying to make me pay more and he didn't seem to care. I did go and LensCrafters was MUCH nicer and verified I would pay 30% of the price of glasses and even said I also have a $50 benefit before the coinsurance kicks in. Don't waste your time here!

My glasses are not right; they have a glare. Not sure how I paid more for the second pair than I did the first. And I brought my own frames in. I’m taking these back to get them corrected.

Overall, I had a great experience. I was greeted immediately and helped right away. The person that assisted me also made it a point to greet everyone as they walked in to acknowledge them and let them know that someone would be right with them. She was very polite and explained the options available. I was in and out.
