well this morning 8/2/2023 i was shocked by this girls attitude---i often come this store early between 2-4 am and all ways greeted with a smile and respect--but not this morning i get my usual 2 packs of cigarettes and she says $18.01 and i tell her that it is usually a little over 15 dollars and a few cents and she replies with a go to h*** look and says they are 18.01 today do you want them or not---not to make waves i said yes--but i next time i go there and there is very rude girl with blue hair i will give her the look she gave me before and haul it down the road--there are plenty of stores around that don't have an employee with an attitude--i wish i had a photo---after looking at the reviews it dose not look like any of the management cares about how customers are treated or they would do something about the problems they have

Valero is just a good place to go in general for sure smaller than a quick trip or racetrac not as long of a wait and better experience

Just Terrible, Last Night A Heavy Set Lady Was Sitting Behind The Counter With Her Stomach Out Just Touching And Rubbing It Smh. Tried To Pay With Apple Pay And She Asked For My Personal Information (My Pin) Because She Stated That She Didn’t Feel Like Walking Back And Forth To The Register . Hence I Never Had This Problem Before

Asked the Store manager Nikki to put gas on a pump. 1. She was so busy talking to her friend on the phone she never advised me to insert my card. Then i get to the pump and its not working. I talk to nikki and she said it ready. I go back nothing is pumping. She yells at me at tells me how to pump as if ive never pumped gas. I aksed for a managers number and she gave me the store number. I calles she picked it up then blockes my number. The whole time she was just trying to get me out the door. She had little to no desire to actual help. I guess i was the one interrupting her pephone calls. Step up the customer service, please!

Everytime I come here there seem to be a problem from the manager not accepting a PASSPORT as a form of identification. And it also seems the staff is very poorly trained Ive gone to other Valero's where I pay with my phone seemlessly but here it's like alien technology and there using the same terminal is so I don't know what the problem is. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a Valero. This staff needs to improve ASAP

This is the only place I get my gas. The price is always lower than the other stations around here. Easy in and out. The cashier is always professional and courteous. I highly recommend this station for everyone
