Terrible return policy !!I bought some braiding hair that I had to return because I decided to get a silk press instead and so I didn’t open the hair nor take any tags off. The lady told me that they have a “points and credit policy”. She told me that I could get that credit applied TO MY NEXT PURCHASE.I went today to go buy a wig and thought I had some credit I could use towards my wig price only for the cashier to tell me that I got $5 off…Mind you that I had over $25 from my last return. She called someone over and told me that they don’t do that there and she literally brushed it off and didn’t even offer a solution. This was like two months ago and I don’t have the receipt from last time.I had to use the rr so I didn’t have time to argue so I left. They literally stole from me. So be careful !!!
