I enjoyed working at this hub but it is now closed for reconstruction. It should reopen in about 2-4 years

Poor communication. No indication on phone or Website that customer service no longer exists on Samuel Blvd. Sign on street directs to customer service. Yet, the area is fenced with no access. Would have been nice if information was updated.

place is trash, think the world revolves around them. don’t care about non ups drivers time.
