Came in on a monday at 2pm to return an Amazon item. The line was out the door. There was 1 employee working, so I left. Came back the next day at 10am. Line was out the door and only 1 employee working. Took me 1.5hrs to return an item. Amazon shouldn't be doing business with UPS if this is how they operate. This is far from the efficiency model Amazon stands on

This is one of the busiest store and the line usually extends to outside of the store. Plan accordingly. This is full service store which means they take back Amazon orders and package stuff for you if you need that service. They also have mail boxes and of course publishing, printing and copying service too. All kinds of packing and packaging supplies are available here. I wish they would expand the store or move to a bigger location.
I found service to be always pleasant and patient once you get to the counter. Getting to the counter is always a challenge especially around busy times of the year. I have yet to find a time when they are not busy or less busy. Maybe Tuesday morning around 10:00 am... who knows.
Parking and getting in and out of the shopping center is tough because of how busy this area is and totally horrendous exit/entry points but that mostly falls on the city planners. They need to remove the stop sign for cars entering the shopping center and create a three-way stop sign.
Plan to come early and stay late.

Dont take any packages here that have to be somewhere with a guaranteed timeframe. Ive taken two next day air packages to this place over the last few weeks well before the UPS pickup time and both were left at this store overnight or over the weekend before being handed off to UPS. Got ground or 2nd day air? Sure, it will be on the truck that day and make it on time. Next day? Nope, not going to happen at this place. I tried calling to speak with someone here, but they dont answer the phone or return voicemails.

Any UPS location is better than this one. I absolutely dread coming to the Mesquite location. Literally pick any other location and you be in and out in 5 minutes. The Mesquite location constantly has customers out the front door and coiled up inside like an amusement park queue. Drive to another location in another city, you'll still spend less time and incur less frustration than coming to the Mesquite UPS on Town East. The employees move at a snails pace, play on their phones, hang out in the back, etc ... You have been warned.

Brought my Amazon item in the BOX it shipped in and was told they can’t ship it back in the same box and tried to rip my label off and get me to buy their box or bag at those location. It shipped in a box non descript. lol

Every time I go to The UPS Store #0862 1515 N Town East Blvd Ste 138. The lady named Ms Becky. This lady is so nice always cheerful always have a smile on her face. She takes her time to explain things that you may not understand. I think she is a great person to have interacting with the public.

I came here for year abd no issue. I ask a young man to scan both qrc code for my return he scanned one. He assure me after press the issues to scan the other that the one qrc code will do for both them. I was refund for one item not two. They said they didn't have my package and the company that it was going to returned didn't recive my return . Now I'm at a lost. I've call the store more than one and out to the other company no can help. This is crazy work and I'm at a financial loss due to this store.
If I could give negative 0 stars i would.
