The line wraps around the store and the door is constantly opening and closing
With all the billions of dollars being taken in by UPS you would think they would meet their demand and customer service needs

The employees have absolutely NO customer service skills. They are slow, the line is always out the door, they are rude and nonchalant about the customers time. They have food and drinks on the very small desk right in front of the customers. I will never go back there. I will now go to the UPS ASO on Scyene Road in Dallas..I will drive 20 minutes away just to get awesome customer service

Horrible services,manager Mike is such a stupid man nothing professional please people take care the guys never asker for insurance coverage on your package.

Very slow service, staff talkng about last night movies while leaving 8 customers in line in a hot day, I visited other UPSs stores and they have much better service and respecting customers time.
This location needs a better management to scale up UPS reputation. I had photo and video proof that but will not post it
