I use to love this place went to the salon serval times never had an issue actually became a fan of affordable self care until Giselle along with the store manager gave me the worst experience. I literally left in tears after being there for over an hour and being told my hair was damaged when I had only ever gotten hair treatment here by the same stylist. When I told her she was the one that did it last. Very upsetting experience.

Came here to get my youngest daughter and her wild mane of hair trimmed. It's always an enjoyable experience she never has complaints and it's a smooth process.

As many times as I’ve visited this location I have only gone if I really really need to because it was my choice but my experience today with Ashley Nino was absolutely amazing she informed me of the point system and discount of my purchase which has never been done by anyone I’ve interacted with in Ulta including when I asked and was told the points can not go towards my purchase. Which NO ONE else during my check out process has EVER done at this location. She saved me so much money today. She was so sweet and so informative. She really made me think so much different about the employees in this location.

It's not the best location. Lines are always long. Heard sales girls gossiping and calling someone out there, name upon entrance. It's just hit or miss. Never can really find what I need. So online order or Firewheel is my go to.

I went to Ulta to get an all over hair color, cut and style. My stylist Lucy did such an amazing job! I loved it. Have received so many compliments. Also the price for the 3 services was amazing. Left very satisfied. I have always loved this Ulta because it’s always clean and the atmosphere is incredible. Thank you Lucy!! ?

I was it there the store for 10 mins. 2 employees at the a manger on the floor. I was looking for new foundation and looking for assistance. I had to walked around to look for help. I found the manger who pages for help then walked away. From customer prospect that’s was very frustrating. The manger should have started to assist me as we waited for help; instead of walking away. I have had a much better shopping experience at Sephora. Any time I go to Sephora one, I am welcomed instantly, and I am asked if I could be assisted.
If customer experience is not a priority it needs to be that affects your rate on revenue. store employees job positioning needs to be fixed and leadership needs to be more hands on. I’m a retail manager myself and I am not afraid to assist customers to better my customers experience and assure loyal customers are established.
I will continue to go to Sephora and not Ulta.

What a shame I went to this store
And I looked for a person to help me. with something I wanted to buy
He told me he doesn't speak English
And he didn't even take the time to look for someone else
He had a bitter face like a racist
I looked for someone else and a very kind girl helped me, very attentive.
The difference and education were looked at
Well I'm going to pay and a black woman serves me and the same thing
Very poorly educated
I hope the store owners pay more attention to the employees and teach them how to treat a customer.
Ps we are paying
But not asking for things to be given to us
I will not return to this store
