Took my car to get it serviced and recieved poor communication on the diagnosis of the problem, the shifter was broken during repairs, and the clutch interlocking switch was broken too.

I went in this past July to possibly purchase my first brand new car. Bret Palmer showed me several cars, and I ultimately decided on a 2023 Maximma. Now Kyle knew that I lived in the Waco area, and that was an hour and a half drive. He failed to tell me that I would have to have all service done at Trophy. Had I known this, I would've made my purchase at the Waco dealership. It took 4+ hours from start to finish, and I was mentally exhausted. It's a lot. After all that, I didn't even get any complimentary swag. I would've appreciated a key chain or maybe a sunvisor...anything. I am currently sitting in the waiting room for a scheduled oil change. I've been waiting for over 2 hours for an oil change. Like my time isn't that important to them.

I picked up my Model S plaid from these guys this last weekend. The overall experience was seamless, Allan and the team made sure that I was taken care of. The negotiation was straight up and there was no nonsense. Safe to say I am very satisfied and would recommend these guys 100%. Thanks again!! Cheers.

Go see Philip! I was overdue for a new car and let me tell y’all… Philip understood the assignment!He listened to what I wanted and made the process as easy as purchasing a car could be. My wife and I had gotten there later in the day but Philip made sure we were fully taken care of despite almost everyone being gone for the day. He definitely has an easygoing personality and can’t recommend him enough! Luis in finance was great also. He understood what we wanted and made sure to help us to the best of his ability. It has been a complete pleasure working with them both.

Just got a car from there i loved the service from Andrew drewski Martinez he was honest and didn't keep anything. As well as trophy nissan giving me the best options and telling me what is best. Telling us which was better depending on the situation and what to expect leaving me going home with a great car feeling great about my choice. :)

First time buying a car from a dealership and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Allan Perez answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the M3 that I purchase. I drove all the way from Ga to pick up the vehicle and Allan kept me updated through out the whole process. Make sure to ask for Allan if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle at Nissan Trophy.

Great place to buy a car!!! We have bought our last 5 vehicles from this dealership and EVERYTIME we have received Great Customer Service, Friendliness and make you feel at ease. Process is very seamless and they are willing to work within your price range and what you can afford. This dealership is home for us... almost like family! Go see Mohammed or Alen they will fix you up and get you some wheels.

I would highly recommend Andrew Maritim (Sales agent) at Trophy Nissan. He was so accommodating, attentive to the needs of the client, gives accurate information and that was our second time buying a car with him but he still worked beyond our expectation. If I would rate him 10 is the highest I could give him more than 10.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I was quoted a price to replace my ECM and was told this would fix my car. They replaced the ECM, 03/24/2022 and told me that the car was ready. My car still have THE SAME ISSUE. I had to get towed back to the shop. The communication between me and Danny Slatinsky, Assistant Serivice Manager, was unacceptable. I had to call frequently about the status of my repair. They eventually called me and said replacing the ECM did not fix the problem to supposedly fix the issue after the problem was allegedly fixed before. Their diagnostic test found everything allegedly wrong with the car but the recall & this "electrical issue". I brought my car to the dealership shop because I believed they would be better than just any regular shop, worst mistake ever. I will definitely not be back and will be telling everyone I know not to do business with them.Also, I purchased a battery from them 10/12/2023. It stopped on me twice. I had to have it towed to them the same day. I CALLED DANNY SLATINSKY, ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER, ON FRIDAY, 10/13/2023, AND TOLD HIM WANT HAPPEN. HE STATED THAT I HAVE TO HAVE IT TOWED USING MY LAST TRIPLE AAA. Nissan KEPT MY CAR OVERNIGHT JUST FOR A BATTERY. THEY WANT ME TO USE MY LAST TRIPLE AAA TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THEM ON MONDAY, 10/16/2023. Now ECM light is still on but now my engine light is on. I AM SO TIRED DEALING WITH NISSAN AND DANNY STATINSKY BECAUSE IT IS VERY STRESSFUL. I'M EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLE AND I'M TIRED OF DEALING WITH DANNY STATINSKY AT TROPHY NISSAN.LINDA BRYANT

we worked with Ron and his manager (and Kevin in the car buying side) and even though we didn’t purchase the car because we decided on a total different brand in the end, we really wanted to just because of how awesome Ron and the team were. Not once did we feel the typical sleaziness you can get at a dealership (or how we were being treated at some of their competition. We were given a no hassle amazing trade in value and the overall process was great!

Jennifer! What can I say? She made my wife's birthday wish come true. I worked with her for close to a month looking for a white SR with the SR Package. The day of my wife's birthday a truck arrived. She ran over to the truck and sent me 6-7 pics of the vehicle at 1017. I asked her to lock it in. This is the one. She had it removed from the truck, detailed, windows tinted, wheel locks in place, and delivered to my house by 1500!!! Yes, 3PM, same day, delivered an hour away. Less than 5-hours from truck to house with a BOW on it!! What an amazing experience. With all of this going on, she also helped save me a few bucks. With how fast they sold, I didn't think it was possible.I need to also thank Caesar and Andrew. Andrew made two trips to my house, once for delivery, and another trip to correct paperwork. (it was my fault on the paperwork too!)TROPHY NISSAN has a customer for life!!Thank you all again for your hard work and AMAZING customer service.Tommy

Love the service and since I know what I wanted ahead of time they still should me couple of cars just incase to make sure what I wanted. It was really quick service everyone from the beginning was really on top of letting their customers know that they will be with them shortly and sorry for the delay and they also always offered something to drink since it was so hot outside ☺️ thank you Mac and Edgar for everything
