Unfortunately, my 2024 nissan sentra will be the last vehicle my family and I will be purchasing from nissan. This past experience took the cake. I traded in my old vehicle, and the trophy still took my money for the vehicle that I traded in, so I was still paying for a vehicle that I didn't have in my persesion. So if you think you are getting a free payment for 45 days it's a lie because they will be still taking the payments for the vehicle you trade in and they will tell you it's in your contract so you get screwed over. Old car dealership scams are coming back to life, but our 20-year plus business with trophy is now over. This has never happened before until now so whatever is going on they don't need my family business anymore because honesty and transparency goes a long way but they are now in the business to manipulate there customers over a dollar but they can keep the dollar because they lost our business that's worth more then what we was screwed out of. I used to speak highly of trophy nissan now I have to eat my word because they are thief like other local dealerships.

I had an amazing experience at Trophy Nissan! Grant was my salesman and he took his time to listen to my needs/wants and even with me being in an unfavorable situation, he was able to get me into a bad A** SUV. I didn’t think I would even qualify for an SUV and thought I’d have to settle for something smaller but Grant was able to work his magic. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a vehicle. You might be surprised what you’ll qualify for. Go see them!!
