Husband went to this shop 6/30/23 and spoke to someone was told to come back on 7/3/23 to drop off our 2015 Burban to have the transmission replaced. We arrived at the shop and same guy that he spoke to didn’t know what we were there for. Due to his bad customer service we too our business somewhere else and it actually cost us 450 instead of the 3200 we were quoted on 6/30

Kelly and his staff here know their stuff - Best Transmission shop I've ever been to. Had some problems with my 1968 Firebird with newer Transmission reading at the Speedometer - Everything else was working - Kelly and his crew did a Fantastic job - 100%Recommend this shop.

Customer went in, service writer/mechanic argued with the customer what motor the car came with and was VERY wrong. Didn’t even bother looking the customers car up to see if he was right or wrong on. Would give less than one star if I could.

Brought my Silverado back in for a small leak and they have honored their warranty!! Highly recommend this place and speak with Kelly he's a great guy and friendly even in this heat!!! Call them today you won't regret it.
