Dropped my car off for a diagnostic and they got it in within the next day for a reasonable price. I then took it in a few days later for two tires and an alignment and had my car back in good timing. Recommend Town East to all!

I took the my car in f0r repairs in the first week of April and paid a bill of over 1000 dollars, only to be informed that the engine was not good. I made arrangements to have the car pick up and taken to a repair shop that I could have the engine replace. when the toll truck arrived I was informed by the driver that the car had been hit in the front. I contacted the the shop and made them aware of the damage. They agreed to fix the car after the motor was replaced. A week later I had the car tow back to the shop for repairs because the car could not be driven due to the front body damage. For the following three months it's been one excuse after another why the car has not been fix. I have been refused the owner name and have not been able to talk to him. I was contacted by Bryan who is the person that hit the car and he informed me that the car is not finished yet. During our conversation I offered a cash settlement to close this matter. He said he would consider it and get back with me. this was yesterday 08-01-24. Today I received a call from a person whose full name he would not give , only his first Kareen. after a brief unpleasant conversation and confirming that there was still a missing part to the car. I was told that I had one day to pick up car or they would start charging me storage. this are not good people to do business with.This whole ordeal has taken almost 4 months. I am a 72 year old man and I believe that's its ok to take advantage of me

Leslie checked me in with a smile. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They fixed my car very fast. Saul handled fixing my vehicle. He is very pleasant as well. I strongly recommend this company. Five Star service!!!

Easiest, quickest, and most honest service I’ve ever received at a mechanic shop.
No longer getting my oil changes done at the dealership. These guys have easily become my go-to shop for any car needs. Leslie and Saul are top tier.
