Very blessed to have found this place! You can check in ahead of time and when I got there, my dog and I were taken to a room where the vet tech and doctor took excellent care of my dog. They were very detailed, and caring. Would highly recommend this for your pets!

We had an emergency with our puppy, and Dr. Chambers and the entire staff were nothing short of phenomenal! Even though our puppy wasn’t feeling well, he loved everyone there. The care and attention he received were top-notch. From the moment we walked in, we knew he was in good hands. The team was incredibly attentive, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire visit. We couldn’t have asked for better care during such a stressful time. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of our pup!

Great amazing caring staff. I would go again even though they are a bit pricey. I went in on a Saturday at 7pm. My dig was better in 24 hours I though I was going to loose him.

They still didn't know what was wrong with my puppy. And I ask my is my dog limping and that is the side she got a shot. So if my puppy had a limp why didn't they address this. I called 5 times over Sunday and Monday they are closed but they evidently don't call after hours or it's not the first thing on their list. Poor communication skills. Not telling the truth. Didn't care about my puppy. It's all about the money with this crew. After $388.00 still have a sick
dog. So if y'all with pets, go somewhere else. Not the Thrive on gross rd especially!!! Someone suppose to call me from there tomorrow, will see!!

I went concerned for my cat, left feeling better. The tech was very nice, the Doctor was even better. She was very concerned and asked a lot of questions. Educated me and gave me the right prescription. Gave me financial options and helped me decide. Dr. Hilary Chambers thank you. Very appreciative!!!?

Had to put one of fur babies down. She was a12 yrs old lab. We had appointment to see her vet at the end of July. Time wouldn’t wait. I honestly feel we waited a week longer than we should’ve. We were recommended to go here by our vet office. Staff was so understanding. The receptionist was kind and genuine. Price range was decent and reasonable. I can’t say thank you enough, I wasn’t judged because they knew my baby was truly sick and was on limited time. Bless you all.

Needed an a post-op exam for surgery done by an ER 2 days prior, but couldn’t find any Vet with Glowing reviews who wasn’t already booked. Understanding that really sick animals get first priority regardless of my appointment time, I scheduled a same day appt. Fortunately they weren’t too busy. Was taken to exam room immediately and dog was examined and found to be well. We were finished in 45 min.
You can tell how well managed a clinic is by upkeep of bldg and customer focused care. Highly recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I brought a hurt kitten in and I needed help and they asked if I would be financially responsible which I replied yes just for them to tell me all they could do was euthanize the poor thing without even looking at it first. I took her to BluePearl and she is as happy and playful as ever. They said “Treating pets who have non-life-threatening conditions but need to be seen asap” on their brochure but yet did not seem to uphold that.

My cat has a chronic condition of stomatitis that I’ve dealt with for 6 years… occasionally it flares up severely and he won’t eat or drink water. I recently moved to this area needed to get him treatment from someone local to keep him from getting more sick and dehydrated. This veterinarian Dr. Chambers was awesome! She was receptive to listen about his condition and the treatment he’s gotten to manage it. She explained concerns about his past treatments as far as controversy in vet medicine and offered treatment suggestions, while she was completely willing to go with his usual treatment if that’s what I wanted. I’ve been to vets that straight up suggested I euthanize my cat and/or wouldn’t take time to listen about his condition as far as what’s worked for him in particular. His condition is so challenging to manage and I appreciate this doctor’s patience dealing with us. Milo is an excellent patient, but I’m sure I can be an annoying and neurotic pet owner. I literally just want to cry when I see my little guy struggling and my anxiety is through the roof especially dealing with new veterinarians. Sorry if I was a pain in the butt. Thank you for taking such good care of him!!! Finally resting comfortably instead of hiding his face in the blanket.
