“Pep boys in Mesquite, TX are an amazing team. I went for an oil change in a different shop called take a 5 oil change in Allen, TX yesterday.The two mechanics Kaleb and Rhett messed up the underneath of my bumper. A cord was sticking out. My bumper was just fine before I went there. I was in tears that someone is capable of such things. I came to Pep boys today and told them everything that happened in details. They listened to me for 30 mins , and gave me a great advice on what steps to take. They were very understanding and supportive of me. They took care of my bumper and checked to make sure there is oil inside. They did NOT charge me anything because of what happened at the other shop. Says a lot about their character outside of work. They really care about their customers’ feelings and issues. Thank you so much guys for being so kind to me and taking care of my vehicle that was damaged underneath. Such great customer service and care!

“I took my car here to get the spark plugs changed and they realized I had not a drop of oil. However I had taken it somewhere else a week before so it should have so they helped me out with discounts so it was not much more than what I was expecting to pay for my original service. The guy at the front was super friendly and nice. 10/10 would recommend this place for service and definitely will be going back”
