Horrible customer service, tried to purchase a clearance shirt, signs said take an additional 30% off. Cashier Gustavo said “it’s already 50% off” I said ok but signs say take an additional 30% off lowest ticketed price. I was given 3 different reasons why they didn’t want to honor it. I asked for the manager but an associate named Angela was getting upset and said the same thing “it’s already 50% off, when I asked to her info and the store GM’s name she became upset and said she wouldn’t adjust it. My wife said I’ll just buy it. I told her no, I wouldn’t give them my business….. we left and when I called Tilly’s customer service line number, they asked for the store number… when I went back and asked for it, she told me to leave and called security. The customer service was on the line and heard everything. She said I slammed the sign when I brought it to the “teenager” I brought the sign over earlier when she wasn’t there. I told her I never slammed it, not sure why she was so over protective of Gustavo I never slammed the sign or raised my voice to anyone there… never cursed or was disrespectful. Horrible place to shop.

The bigger white lady with glasses seemed disinterested and indifferent towards assisting customers. Despite being the only staff member available at the time, they appeared more engrossed in their personal phone than attending to customers' needs. It was evident that they lacked the enthusiasm and dedication expected from someone in a managerial position.

We placed an order online and they never acknowledged they had an order to have it ready. We had to come in person and pretty much make them pull my order. Terrible service and I’m sure management or regional management could care less.

The employees in this store are rude and so is the store manager, Carlos. Literally will ignore you while you’re shopping and won’t ask if you need help or anything. When I asked Carlos why they don’t speak to guest in the store, he denied everything I brought to his attention and was very dismissive. Giving the excuse that they’re super busy and that’s why they weren’t speaking to people walking in. However, Carlos and the two other employees sat amongst themselves, folding clothes in a circle and speaking to no one but themselves. With only 5-6 customers in the store. Doesn’t seem really busy to me… I’ve worked in retail for years, it doesn’t matter how “busy” you are, you are suppose to acknowledge and assist the customers in your store. I’ve never experienced anything like it. With a manager like that, I’m not surprised.

Usually when I shop here they're super nice to me but I guess they got new workers or something.. Right when I walked in, there was no one but the workers and they never greeted they just stared at me and gave me a look. I felt so uncomfortable. After when I finished looking around, I was about to walk out the door and two girls came in and the employees immediately said to "Welcome in!" And they just gave me a look again.. idk what I did.

The cashier was nice, but this white blonde lady who works there was just looking at me funny. It was my first time there so I was really looking at the shirts and stuff for a while. She probably thought I was stealing or something but nah. I didn’t steal anything, just ended up buying 2 shirts. Either way I didn’t like it and it made me uncomfortable. Even my brother noticed. Whenever I moved around the store her eyes just followed me. I was just like ?tf is her problem. I’m Hispanic btw idk if that matters but yeah.

Clean, organized, easy to find everything. Typically understaffed but they still have great customer service. Definitely recommend getting someone in the back more often to open fitting rooms.
