Nesiah, Sharon and Issac helped me so much.I called desperate after breaking my phone on a Sunday night knowing that I had meetings tomorrow for work.I had called another place and they were not able to get me in and repair it that day and mind you this is 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday night.I called him and he gladly obliged waited for me and made sure that I was taken care of.His wife Sharron walked us through the entire process, and daughter Nisiah helped us with all the gadgets to keep our phones protected.If you are in need of phone repair or accessories I highly recommend this family owned business.Fix your phone and make a friend!

They kind of broke my iPad. At first I just had them look at it for a quote on replacing the screen, and when they told me the price I wanted to get my iPad back, but when I was trying to get my iPad back they were doing the whole salesperson spiel saying that they could fix it cheaper if I and stuff. I tried telling them I don't want it fixed right now, and I'll pass on the service, but he kept holding on to my iPad and wouldn't give it back(later after this incident my mom told me I could have called mall security to force them to give it back, and I wish I would have.) I decided to go ahead and let them fix it since they were being slightly aggressive, and when I got my iPad back the home button was broken, it wouldn't work when pressed and the button was sliding underneath the screen somehow. He told me he would fix it again for free if it turns out the button problem was a result of the repair. So he looked at it and it turns out it was definitely because of the repair he made, so he fixed it. But it was still broken. I told him this and he had the nerve to give me excuses like "when children press too hard on the iPad it does that." I don't even have children I'm not sure where that came from. Instead of trying to get them to fix it again, I went to another store in the mall and they replaced the screen again easily with no problems. I had to go to another repair place to fix this repair places mistake, so no I don't recommend them.
