So my car got towed. My fault completely.i was not parked in visitors parking. I managed to catch the driver before he took the vehicle and wanted info on where it was going. He was real quick to offer to drop the vehicle if I had $150 cash on hand. Is this a business he works for or his side hustle making money off this business. This place needs to screen these shady people they are hiring.

ATTENTION ALL REVIEWERS!!!This company does not tow your vehicles they do not even employ towing drivers because they do not tow your vehicle. There is the tow company and there is the facility that simply stores them. So yall want to get mad get mad at yourself for parking where you are not supposed too but getting all bent outta shape and then being mad when you go to get your car is not going to help your situation especially because they did not have anything to do with your car being towed they ARE NOT THE TOW COMPANY!!! They do not tell tow truck drivers to go get your car because they are at home or in the office and I guarantee they don't know where you are and no alarm goes off when you park illegally. They have absolutely nothing to do with your car being towed. So maybe approach the situation a little better and you would be surprised at how the interaction goes!!

Spoke with a different employee on Saturday morning. She never spoke about fees. Spoke with manager Erin 2 days later and she stated even though phone calls are not recorded they all have been employed for 5-10 years and everyone mentions fees. When asked for someone above her and any corporate information, I was told they don’t exist. Highly upset that a manager would speak on behalf or an employee and not know who I spoke to and say the information to sue the company is on the back of the receipt.

Worst type of business people work here. They stole my mom's car from Prescott Place in Mesquite when she had the proper paperwork placed on dashboard.I need a attorney to contact me to get the $330 back for steeling her car.

Got towed by them for being parked with no authorization. Hey I messed up, I don’t know why everyone on this review is so pressed. Take your “L” and move on. You messed up champ, the way your acting? That ain’t it chief. 10/10 would get towed by them again.

Doesn't operate by law! Please beware before you guys are victims as well. Under code transportation code 601.051 I had right to possess and control a vehicle from the rightful owner. I was refused the vehicle from sure insurance after showing proof of the insurance card, along with my ID verification and form of payment. I was told i.was not on the insurance which the lady stated theirs also no way for her to verify. I am saddened and damaged by the way I was treated by this facility on this visit. The Caucasian woman is very respectful and polite. The African American woman on the other hand needs to go over her codes and training again.Date:8-7Time: 7pmLOCATION: MESQUITEAs you guys see from their poor response they are violating my rights by telling me I was not the owner which is not the law.a Also they have no way to verify insurance or vehicle owners.
