Been here since 2005 no problems no loud noise in parking lot if there is it Don't last long with the Mesquite police officer that lives here and Don't see no drug deals going on. Great place to call home ? . They do give out fines for dog poop on the ground and that do to residents laziness to pick up after there pets

I know what quality living is supposed to look like. Strawberry Hill used to provide that. Last time I checked, apartments are supposed to actually care about the people living there, and the environment. A water drainage pipe on the roof is now down to the ground, and the grass is overgrown. Mind to explain the dog poop sitting around in plain sight?? There’s no extermination going on, and with summer here, this season is bound to attract bugs so this company can stop disregarding our needs. Just because you’re remote doesn’t mean you get to forget about all of the people living here. There’s loud music every night, and it’s becoming more and more obvious that you don’t even get the services you pay for. Extermination was booked, but I know they don’t show! There is no extermination, or in general, services on weekends. Do not spend your money here. It’s a scam and until somebody does something about this apartment’s care.. don’t even bother to tour this place.

Scammers . Make people post good reviews just to turn around and make false charges . Late fees went up to $135 after a day . They move real weird here . My hg car got towed (she had proof it was manager Juana fault cause she FORGOT TO REGISTER IT ). My friend was told it’ll be credited to her rent and it wasn’t . Be careful moving here . Don’t let the positive reviews fool you

These apartments are in a good location, very close to 635. The leasing agent that helped me, Juana, was very nice and helpful throughout the process.

The worst place ever encountered, from poor management to the worst experience in renting apartments. To start off lived here just under 4 months my cars where vandalized one vehicles the catalytic converter was stolen another incident my gas was stolen, another incident the driver door broken and steering wheel was broken. My other vehicle they tried to steal it but it’s anti theft deterrent so unable. That’s 4 times then I got a rental car the manager made a error by inputting the wrong tag number my car got towed but of course it’s my fault she blamed me and I’m out of pocket $318 thanks like I don’t need my money. Service calls take forever and they never find and issue. Glad I’m out of their and no I don’t recommend to any body. They have no security and you will definitely loose sleep by not knowing if your car is parked and you will find it in one piece in the morning. Good luck but thumbs down to strawberry Hill apartments

I have lived in Strawberry Hill for a year now and it’s been a great experience! This is my first apartment and Victoria has made the process enjoyable and exciting ! Victoria is a great Assistant Manager here at Strawberry Hill ! she is inclusive and very polite with questions ! She is quick to resolve any issues and very friendly to approach ! She keeps our community fresh and fun with Themes for holidays and cool events to celebrate the residents ! Thank you Victoria for all that you do to ensure that our community feels like home ! I recently renewed my lease because I love my place and the service provided ! I 10 out of 10 recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot with chill vibes !

I have been a resident for 9 years at strawberry hill Victoria has been a wonderful and helpful manager she has done more than other managers have ever done she always let's everyone know if rules or anything change in the community like even helping regestering our guest vehicles so they won't get tow keep doing a great job Victoria

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! I tried renting from them at first they were nice in person. I paid 300 for all fees. I asked her before I paid if I don’t get approved will I get a refund and she said yes. After a week of no communication. I called and she said she was out sick. Later I found out I was denied now they refuse to give me a refund. This place is a scam!!

I've lived in these apartments for the last 3 years. We are now under new management and the apartments are going down hill. For a month, we haven't been able to pay our rent online and I have some maintenance requests I need to fill out, but I can't because the website is still not available. I have tried many times to speak with someone about this matter but the front office is NEVER open. On February the 16th I called the front office about a question concerning my rent and a African American woman answered the phone. I tried to ask her why I still could not pay my rent online and she put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to walked down to the office and talk to her in person. Come to find out, she had left the office and put a sign on the door saying she would be back at 2:30pm. I was livid! In the 3 years I have lived here I have NEVER experienced anything like this. Karen, the old property manager would have NEVER allowed this to happen. I can tell my stay here in the future is not looking good.
