First time getting a storage. I didn't know where to start but Tiera was so kind and helpful. She made it so easy. I was out of there in no time with keys to my storage. Id recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Tiera!

Update! I think they’re removing bad reviews from Google. I will be going to social media about this. I will copy this by screen shot and post it. They are not covering claim EVEN after they know that the unit paid for is damaged caused damage to furniture and expenses to replace. It was Miguel Rangels first time ever using a storage unit. Bad experience.
Previous Post: Hopefully the storage insurance covers damage to mattress from water leaking into the storage. After putting in the claim…got to the same unit (waiting to change it) and found that rats have pooped on my sofa and chairs. Sheesh!! Hope this ends well because this is disgusting.

25 I reserved online weekend and had the special explain to me. I excepted and went to the office within 30 minutes and was loading my equipment into the storage bin in a 10 x 20 and then also was happy with the savings and most of all the convenience

Great experience especially Siera who was effecent and engauging at the same time. She thouroghly inspected each unit and although I said yes on each one she said no that little piece of flashing hanging down might cut or scope your goods. Most places hear a buying signature from a customer they dont care if the unit might need repair. Needless to say we found a perfect size unit with no problems and I am a happy client.

This place has been awesome since day one!! Miguel Costabella has given the customer service I’ve probably ever received, & he is such a trustworthy person to do business with/for. Would recommend this place a million times over if I could!! If you’re looking for a storage unit, this is your place!!! You won’t regret it!
