I have never seen a dealership that cares less about their customers. We had our car towed in three weeks ago because of water damage. We are still waiting for an estimate. We have called in about 20 times and left messages. No one has ever called us back. Every time, it is voice mail, and no one responds. I even had a request for the manager to call back, and no response. If there was a Zero star rating, this place deserves it.

Stephanie and Tariq were exceptional... as a first time buyer, I came in very naive and I had a lot more of questions and some misconceptions too BUT Tariq and Stephanie were very patient with me and took me through every process, explained it to me in a such a way that even a dummy would understand... I am appreciative of the knowledge I gained and the Car I got too...Southwest Kia Mesquite have won me eternally!!

I made a appointment with the service department due to excessive oil usage. After a week & half they said my warranty company told them to do the oil consumption test. I drove the car for 2 weeks until the oil wasn't showing on the dip stick. I took it back and was told the motor was bad and needed to be replaced, this was on Oct.13th. I was told almost 2 weeks ago they would start tearing the motor down, yet it still hasn't been done.....You can never get someone on the phone and they only want to reply via text and they don't give you any details. If they are so short handed then they should tell you that in the very beginning.

I sent my documents and paperwork to a sales man here to get no call, or nothing. So I decided to drive to the store. He's sitting outside on the outside along with several other salesman. Nothing had been done he hadn't even looked at my paperwork. So I requested a new sales guy to be given the most prejudice Uncle Tom in the company. I told him that I had looked at an Audi could he pull it up so I could check it out. I also advised to the guy I wanted to pay cash for it. Please get me a price together! He went got the car drove it up and immediately I felt trembling in the wheel I advised the motor mounts were broke and it also needed a windshield. They guy went and drew me up a price full out at what the internet had advertised. I looked at him and advised if you guys did not want my business all you had to do was say so. People were so cold hearted and prejudice from the sales man to the sales manager. I can see why y'all get no business. Service sucks...

My car was broken into and the ignition and back window were damaged...I had the car towed in on September 16th. It is now October 28th and the car has still not been touched. I understand that parts are back-ordered...I get that. There is nothing they can do about that. However, I have not been able to get through to the Service Department at all. The last update I got, I had to drive down there and find the tech in charge of my car. They don't answer texts, emails or phone calls. My insurance company needs an update so they can extend my rental and have left numerous messages that they do not respond to either. I'm about to have my car towed to another shop just so I can get regular updates.

I came here not knowing what to expect. I had been to a few dealerships in the last year thinking about trading in my car. I knew what I wanted but previous dealerships were trying to sell me cars I wasn’t interested in and trying to rush me. My best friend recommended this dealership to me so I went. I got there about the time google said they opened. It didn’t take very long for someone to come and help me like less then 5 minutes. He was so welcoming and helpful and patient. I was upgrading to an almost 10 year newer car. I probably asked a million questions. He took the time to show me so many features and answered all my questions. Never once did he make me feel rushed or push me to get the car. I am so thankful and appreciate everything the team did for me. It was an amazing experience.

I went in to Southwest Kia Mesquite not expecting to drive home a brand new 2024 Kia Soul GT Line. I called Chris Murphy earlier that my wife and I were looking to see if we can trade in our Toyota Tundra. We told him upfront that our credit scores are at bottom. Without hesitation, Chris told us to come by the dealership to test drive the GT Line. He and the sales team went out of their way to help us get approved with our trade in. The staff were friendly caring. They want to sale cars people! I would recommend you to go see Chris and the sales team at Southwest Kia Mesquite.

Willie Porter was excellent he went through different avenues to help me leave out with a car that I could afford and was satisfied with. I thank him for his consistency honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. I would like to also mention Carmen Madrigal who provided excellent service. She was very knowledgeable on the information given for me to sign. She took the time to go over details and answer any questions I had. She was a special highlight to my whole car buying experience and even provided great tips for future purchases and improving my credit. I appreciate both of them.

Good Morning ?First and Foremost, I Thank God for making it possible! Mr. Kelvin and Mr. Jonathan Payne treated me with most friendly, respectful, professional, and supportive attitude. I went it in to thank Mr. Payne for responding to my request online because I was so hurt about my situation with my old vehicle but he saw I was afraid to bring the same car back to my apartment complex because someone attempted to steal it. Thanks for those two men I was able to drive off in a new car that I didn't plan on buying that soon. Also, I heard about Southwest Kia from an Uber driver and he was right. Southwest Kia was a blessing!Overall service is 10+Have a blessed day and prosperous years to come ???

Great Experience! I was made to feel very comfortable and when I asked questions they gave answers unlike some other dealers in the area. The team is full of life and I can tell they know how to have fun and are enjoying the process which makes it an enjoyable process for me as well. I purchased the car…my new baby!

All around great experience! Was genuinely and warmly greeted instantly by a random employee who also connected me with the salesperson I had a scheduled appointment with. Emily was my salesperson, and she was great! She had the specific vehicle I requested over the phone prepped and ready for test drive, and two similar vehicles as well just in case. She was helpful in explaining the differences, pros and cons etc. Kelvin in finance handled my financing process quickly and thoroughly explained all my options. My son even mentioned that this was probably the nicest group of car salesman we’ve ever encountered and I couldn’t agree more! Great customer service and great vehicles!

Highly recommend. From the moment I walked through the door this place was delightful. A very nice young man greeted me at the door and walked me all the way to the service department. He was very polite and sweet. The guys at the service department all worked very smoothly to overnight order my parts and schedule me for the next morning. I arrived at 8am the next day. They said it would take 3.5 hours but I was all paid up and leaving in about 90 minutes. They washed my car, they charged me less than the quoted price and I left with a smile on my face. Excellent job you guys, thanks again.
