I have never seen a dealership that cares less about their customers. We had our car towed in three weeks ago because of water damage. We are still waiting for an estimate. We have called in about 20 times and left messages. No one has ever called us back. Every time, it is voice mail, and no one responds. I even had a request for the manager to call back, and no response. If there was a Zero star rating, this place deserves it.

I made a appointment with the service department due to excessive oil usage. After a week & half they said my warranty company told them to do the oil consumption test. I drove the car for 2 weeks until the oil wasn't showing on the dip stick. I took it back and was told the motor was bad and needed to be replaced, this was on Oct.13th. I was told almost 2 weeks ago they would start tearing the motor down, yet it still hasn't been done.....You can never get someone on the phone and they only want to reply via text and they don't give you any details. If they are so short handed then they should tell you that in the very beginning.

I sent my documents and paperwork to a sales man here to get no call, or nothing. So I decided to drive to the store. He's sitting outside on the outside along with several other salesman. Nothing had been done he hadn't even looked at my paperwork. So I requested a new sales guy to be given the most prejudice Uncle Tom in the company. I told him that I had looked at an Audi could he pull it up so I could check it out. I also advised to the guy I wanted to pay cash for it. Please get me a price together! He went got the car drove it up and immediately I felt trembling in the wheel I advised the motor mounts were broke and it also needed a windshield. They guy went and drew me up a price full out at what the internet had advertised. I looked at him and advised if you guys did not want my business all you had to do was say so. People were so cold hearted and prejudice from the sales man to the sales manager. I can see why y'all get no business. Service sucks...

My car was broken into and the ignition and back window were damaged...I had the car towed in on September 16th. It is now October 28th and the car has still not been touched. I understand that parts are back-ordered...I get that. There is nothing they can do about that. However, I have not been able to get through to the Service Department at all. The last update I got, I had to drive down there and find the tech in charge of my car. They don't answer texts, emails or phone calls. My insurance company needs an update so they can extend my rental and have left numerous messages that they do not respond to either. I'm about to have my car towed to another shop just so I can get regular updates.

LaShay did an amazing job! We recently went to look at a car on their lit and had scheduled an appointment with LaShay. She was patient and understanding through the whole process. She not once tried to pressure us and even remained friendly and helpful through our negotiation with the guy who was offering us trade in. A few days after the purchase we had questions about the car, and she took the time to meet with us and help us again. I would highly recommend you look her up, if you are in the market for a car.

BEWARE!! The online price is not the actual price of the vehicle (which will come out to several thousand more than the listed price). Many fees and not-optional "options" which drive the price up way above the value of the vehicle. Salesman was very nice which is the only reason I am giving this dealership a 3 star vs 1 star review.

This has to be one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I am posting 1 year later as I am still dealing with the repercussions of the poor communication and decisions made that day. I purchased a 2020 Kia Niro Plug-in Hybrid with 65 miles on it. I go through the process of test drive, having my vehicle inspected for trade in, and negotiating a price thinking I am buying a new car. We get to signing papers and the "as-is, used car" papers come out. I had my heart set on going home with this new car so I think, well it is new, it should be fine and continue on the process. That was my mistake. I was never shown the features of the car, but I was asked to sign saying that I was shown. The sales person said that someone would show me after paperwork was complete. Paperwork took hours and there was no one to show me by the time we were done. I was told in sales that Android Auto as included but it did not, something that I may have noticed or addressed had I been shown the car's features. I filled out my paperwork and left with a flash drive, but the copy of my service agreements were missing. When trying to get service, I found out that I was lied to about the terms of service. I was sold a lifetime oil and filter service plan that I was told was good at any Lithia or Kia dealership; Carmen Madrigel literally wrote " any Lithia or Kia" on the pamphlet is actually only good at Lithia dealerships. The highest level, Platinum, service plan that I purchased was entered in the system as Gold, the mid-level service plan. It was a terrible car buying experience the day I bought the car and it was compounded throughout the year I have owned the vehicle.

Run away from this shady dealership! As everyone knows the stress and time you spend going through when you are buying a vehicle, this dealership will only make it worse. From start to finish they are going to try to squeeze every penny out of you. I dealt with Jerry Tonubbee, and manager Steven Martin. They provided me 3 different out the door prices. The first after speaking with them several times. Then a few weeks later, they sent a new price quote for over $3,500 more. When I asked about the price change, Jerry did not believe me and was confrontational when I asked. I forwarded him the email, sent from his email, and he said he would look into it. They were trying to charge me more for the same vehicle, then said he thinks his manager sent me the wrong email. He then had the used car manager contact me, Steven. He then quoted me a different price than originally sent, and what was sent the 2nd time. I now have 3 different prices. When asked what was changed, and what price is the right one, he said they will go by what was first sent. I asked for an itemized price quote, and he then interrupted me and got loud and rude, and said they can't and won't send me any itemized price quote. If they aren't going to send me what is being charged, why would I agree on a price? They both we rude, continually interrupting me, condescending, and was unwilling to talk as adults, and listen. Had I not had documented proof of a lower price from them, they would have tried to raise the price and charge me more for the same vehicle they quoted cheaper. They won't show you won't they are charging, and and unprofessional. When you're spending thousands of dollars on something, you want professionalism. You don't want your time spent. This dealership will waste your time, and try to take advantage of customers. Please stay away from them, and share your experiences as it'll help future customers.

I went in for an oil change and they gave me an estimated wait time of an hour and thirty minutes. We'll I ended up waiting for a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes. And when I say I mean my wife and three kids that's including a very hungry two year old. At one point I went in and asked for status and they told me that the technicians were una meeting. So upsetting.

The service department did a great job handling 4 recalls I needed done today. They were also nice enough to leave my car parked outside so I could pick it up after they closed for the day.

Bought my Kia Soul couple years ago, also an extended warranty that covers oil changes, my Son drive this car and he went to get the change, when back I noticed a lot of oil at driveway, when inspect Kia was leaking oil, I took it back and they said they put wrongly the cap(really!!), they said it was corrected and we leave. Today months later and have the appointment to change oil, light comes to dash, after check gauge there's no oil at all!! This is a deceptive business, as soon you signed you are just a number and a burden for them, they don't have the sense of customer care, I still has my warranty but I'll prefer to take and pay somewhere else for my car service, this Kia mesquite just a bunch of crocks and deceptive people.
