When I first moved to Mesquite I find Skye Nails and Spa and I falled head over hills with these lovely ladies. Be glad when I can go back and get my nails done again!!!!!

*****SAY NO to ANN! DO NOT LET ANN *****^do any service for you! I've come to this nail salon Faithfully for the past 4months, usually I have a pretty good experience but today was totally different! I came in for my usual mani/pedi that Ann serviced for me! It was the worse experience!!! She did not listen, she was soo rude, dismissive and disrespectful that I literally almost burst into tears! And after she spoke to the other technicians in the salon in her their native language No one else wanted to service me! It broke my heart because I am not a person who enjoys conflict and frankly one of the nicest people you'll meet! I was appalled to be treated this way! Talk about an experience that scarred you for life! You've been warned!

I used to like the service they provided up until my recent visit two weeks ago. I went there and requested a fill. The lady asked what color. I told her clear polish. She said OK. She then started cutting my nails off.
I asked what she was doing. She then tells me she couldn’t do a fill because the acrylic was lifted on the sides. I had them done there, which is why I went back for the fill. The set was only 2 1/2 weeks old. I felt confused, as usually they remove the lifted part and then do the fill.
She then proceeds to tell me she wasn’t going to charge me the price of a full set. When she was done, she told me that next time I needed to tell her I wanted just the top coat for color. She blamed me for her mistake when clearly she was the one who didn’t understand and didn’t know how to do a fill on a previous set.
They charged me $43 for their mistake. I didn’t want to dispute the charge with them in front of the customers that were there, and there was obviously a language barrier. So I paid and left. I did dispute the charge with my bank.
The quality of her work was also horrible. My nails had dents and looked flat. I ended up going to another place to have them fixed.
I’m all about supporting local businesses, but I will no longer give them my business.

Pedicure spa just regular polish.
After drying under lamp gooey polish. I reported it and took off two toes nails only.
Said I touched it.
I didn’t. Put new polish on. 30 minutes later told me not fry. I reported it gooey and wet again.
Said do gel. Pay gel to me. I replied no. Polish old get new polish. Finally got another polish two hours later. Never going back :(

It’s pricy but what isn’t in this economy. They took their time on me, and gave me exactly what I asked for. Loved them.

Good pricing. Pedicures come with massage, lotion, and hot rocks. Deluxe is the hot towel wrap with wax bag. Free bottled water. I've been going here for 6 years and love it. My mom has been a regular now for over a year. She loves their gel manicures. Please keep in mind, certain ladies are better at Pedicures and the other are better at manicures and full sets/dip/powder nails.

The ladies at Skye Nail & Spa are all artists. I get so many compliments on my nails. Their pedicures are wonderful too. They are very professional and friendly. They are good with children too! My granddaughter, when she is in town, loves to go! They speak to you as soon as you walk in. And even when it is crowded, they seem to get you in quickly. This is the best nail shop ever!

A true hideen gem! I’m from out of town and needed a last minute set and this place did not disappoint. I was a little scared at first because I’m picky with my nails, but Hellen did an incredible job! Absolutely loved them. Definitely check them out!

They are very unfriendly when it come to color; two young ladies came in after me and they where treated with welcoming & kindness! I just had to take a seat! My money spend too my cards as well!

These people are not very friendly. Have came here a couple of times to get my nails done. But they never lasted longer than a week. So now I just go for eyebrows and pedicure because it’s close to my house. I sat and waited after I told them what I wanted. They acted as if they didn’t want to do them. So I left.

so pretty I asked for french tip and they gave me exactly what I wanted there so polite and so nice i called and made an appointment and got in the same day. The quality is very good and would definitely recommend!
