Great shoes horrible service.When entering this establishment, I was not greeted by anyone. Secondly, I walked the entire store and not once did someone acknowledge me, or even ask if I needed help. The shoes definitely are one of a kind but because of the service I will not be returning to this store.

Love the deals but wish the service was better. Not enough variety in shoe sizes and it stinks inside... ( maybe just remove the carpet and leave the cement to get rid of the odor....

I was told about this place by a young lady that worked at a health clinic. I needed to get my Granddaughter some ? for the prom. I was amazed by the selection of shoes and the price. There was NO HELP FROM THE STAFF. I understand why but it would have been helpful for a man helping an 18-year-old Granddaughter

I absolutely love shu deal, I have been a customer every since the first store opened. I have noticed the changes in employees and the customer service has declined.The employees are NOT friendly nor do they speak,and many will speak in Spanish, to each other and I feel like it's rude. I don't look Spanish, but I AM, and I understand what I hear. I feel like the employees should not speak Spanish assuming the customers don't understand. When I checked out, one young lady asked another about a customer, and I answered her. They realized I understood.....I really feel like it's very rude to talk in another language in front of customers. Saying a little "hello" would be nice too. This store has never had very friendly employees, but the Dallas and Arlington stores, they employees have become like the Mesquite employees.i will continue to shop, because I love shoes and I love shu deal, I just would like to get better customer service.

Great little location if you are searching for unique styles. Prices vary but you can get a really good deal on shoes.

Great prices for cute shoes. However customer service is horrible and they close whenever they like. Open late and close early! Ladies who work there have horrible attitudes and really don't like to be bothered. Shop yourself asking questions just leads to wanting to slap a b!

They open and close whenever they like. It’s best if you go in the middle of the day. They open late and close early.
