“Richard did an amazing job assisting me and my mother. He was gentle, polite, and patient. My mom struggles with English as her primary language is Spanish, so I would translate. However, there were some things Richard was able to understand from my mother speaking to me.
The shoes are a bit pricey, but my mom loved them. There is no price too big for being comfortable and happy.”

“Stopped by on 8/31, didn’t think I was going to end up buying a pair, the associates made me think twice! They were super friendly & willing to chat the entire time, I didn’t get his name, but a man with glasses talked with me the entire time I was there & helped me find the shoes I was looking for! He was also very knowledgeable on the brand & you could really tell he was passionate about his job & the brand! If I had to buy another pair of shoes, I will definitely come by here again!”

“I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the staff who evacuated me and my 7 year old daughter on Aug. 12 shortly after fleeing from a shooting that took place. I didn’t know what was going on or who we were running from but the staff remained calmed and opened the gates so we could hide. “I prefer jimmy jazz over all the competition . If you want the latest and greatest urban styles and looks at great prices , jimmy jazz is definitely the place to hook you up . The staff at most of their locations are well in the know with the shoe game and release dates . Not saying they don't back door but it's not as bad as the competition .”

“I've nevere shopped here before and needed a pair of shoes that would help me with my neuropathy situation. Went through at least 4 pair of shoes and actually broke a foot in some shoes I got online!! Pedro and Brenda the associates were so helpful and knowledgeable,kind, found me a pair of moccasins that are so cosy they took their time and I couldn't be happier!!
