I started my paint journey here with a new home purchase. The team was kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly to work with. Answered all my questions and gave great advice.
When I showed up on the spot to ask for paint, they couldn't fulfill all of my requests. However, they found the closest store that had exactly what I needed to finish up. They even called for me and had things lined up for me at the other location.
Absolutely wonderful customer service experience and am so happy with everything! Thank you all!

Last year, I painted the house with Sherwin Williams Duration. The quart samples came in handy to get the right shade that everybody agreed on. This year I needed to paint a small fence to match and all I had to do was order the exact shade.The online orders seem to go through a central exchange and then are sent to the store. It's a good idea to call and make sure they got the order if you are on a schedule. The paint was ready on time. I called when I got to the store and Nick brought the paint out to the truck. No problems.

do not buy in this store the service is terrible and the lady who is there is very rude, they never have the paint you are looking for and if you take it from another store they do not want it tinted.

We walked in w/ a coupon promotion we got from our builder. As soon as we come through the door the 2 guys both start talking about how they don’t accept the coupon. The coupon says “find the store nearest you” we did & was met w/ a bunch of restrictions the store has towards the coupon special. One guy told us all we are gonna get using that coupon at another store is construction paint.All these restrictions are nowhere written on the coupon. This is bad for business. We don’t need to use a this coupon either. I wanted to see what our options were. Also I just wanted to see what sherwin williams store looks like inside. I don’t see that many stores around. I was going to buy more paint & supplies. That’s ok. Sherwin Williams can keep their little coupon & attitude.We are off to Home Depot! Where we are treated w/ respect.Why does Sherwin Williams even bother offering this coupon when only certain stores will honor it?

Each time I go into this store, I am thrilled with the customer service. The gentleman that helps me, Mederick, always steers me in the right direction because it is clear I do not know what I need. He remembers my name when I come inside and always helps me get the heavy supplies to my car. I greatly appreciate his assistance.
