Visited this store 3 times. On our second visit someone offered to help & answered all of our questions. We weren't ready to buy that day and returned today (03/21/2017) to make our purchase. The only employee came out to take a delivery that arrived at the same time we were there then disappeared in the back. We are headed to another store.

Tried to buy paint but they argued and wanted to talk down to me, I even had the type of paint and color picked. But they wanted to make sure that it was right.... I find out there's only one type of exterior oil enamel, it's call All purpose...so what other type is there? This was the third time I walked away empty handed from this location... on my way to Forest location...

I was mislead by one of their sales associates to buy a paint that would cover a wall with one coat. $50 a gallon est. So I buy two gallons to paint half a normal size bedroom 11í—9. 4 gallons later the half room finally has reached its goal. So I went to talk to the store manager to express my displeasure and she stated that it was be probably a miscommunication and that she was sorry that I felt that way when I told that I will no longer buy paint at sherman williams. There was no attempt to redeem my patronage. She didn't seem to care. So much for customer service
