Bad service I was there 25 minutes before they closed and that who was working there refused to make me a mach on the paint was needed.

Came in with a color and paint bucket from home depot and they made the paint so much lighter and ruined my wall.

The service is very bad. I asked for a gallon of semigloss paint and they gave me egshell and they didn't want to give me what I asked for or my money. Is that like theft? What do you think, they attend to you in a hurry and do not pay attention to what you ask and the manager attended to me there, I left the painting for them so they can see what I'm talking about

Saturday 4/30/2022 @9:40am. Horrible service. Headed to home depot. Sherwin Williams can't even match their own paint. Sad.

Went in to match a paint color from a faded photo of the top of the paint can and, I think it was the Manager of the store, looked at it and new exactly what it was. Excellent. Glad I chose that store. Exceptional staff.

I want to send a shout out to the public regarding the Mesquite SW 635 & Gross Rd location. The customer service I received here is outstanding! Evan educated me so much on paint & stain options for my house build. He did samples for me. He was extremely friendly & patient. He is fantastic! Also, Miguel & Angel were very helpful too. If you're looking for exceptional customer service...I highly recommend this store. You won't be disappointed!!

The staff were friendly & quick. They color-matched the hard-to-find paint for the exterior of our house much more accurately than the two big-box home improvement stores had, & found us a good deal on their high quality paint which happened to be on sale. It's true that if what you need is not on sale, they are likely more expensive than other paint stores.
