came in for a full set and pedicure on a Friday evening. I brought my own gel polish to save on cost and notified them at the beginning. they said nothing and charged me $110 at the end of my service stating they still charge $15 for the service. They had no response as to why they did not make that known. the customer service is always poor and it is a hole in the wall, but the guy that does my nails always does a decent job even if he isn’t the friendliest. However, after this rip off, I will no longer be back and recommend you don’t waste your money or time. They will nickel and dime you. The guy that did my pedicure cut my cuticle and could not paint my toes good.

Worst experience at a nail salon. it was my first and last time going there. The women doing my nails was extremely rough on me and hurt me multiple times. All I went in for was a gel nail removal and i’m beyond disappointed. I let the lady know she was hurting me multiple times and she didn’t seem to care. I had been growing my natural nails for months and I have always had super strong and healthy nails until I came here. They treated me horribly and I had a very painful nail experience. My nails are now extremely brittle, thin, and damaged due to their horrible and unprofessional work. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you ever think about coming here don’t do it and don’t ever think about doing it.

This nail salon never disappoints?☝???❣️....When I stayed in Mesquite 6 years ago....My husband introduced me to this place....And I loved ? it!!!! Unfortunately we moved to East Texas! And no other salon can compare! I had to come 45 minutes away from where I live to come to the best because the nail salon in E.Texas ruined my real nails underneath my tips! They had only been on for a week! 2 nails broke in half! Toenails from spa pedicure were crooked! Total disappointment ?! Idc I will drive a hour away every month for now on! Tired of horrible nail ?? salons! I absolutely love ❤️ my nails and Kelly my new nail tech?☝?❣️

Today was my Birthday and I was a first time customer. The owner said I had to wait which was fine. When the young man came and got me he had just finishing a pedicure. Didn't wash his hands and was going to start on my nails. I had to ask him to wash his hands. Once I asked him to wash his hands he went to the back of the building and didn't come back for 10 minutes. When he returned he laughed like it was ok to see a customer Disturbed and upset. The owner didn't correct his behavior. Not only was his customer service the WORST. His work on my nails was the worst I ever received he didn't give me any length to make it look good and he shaped it badly. The owner to me was not good he laughed with his client. I was expecting an good experience especially treating myself for my Birthday. But it was the worst being a first time customer I could have been treated better. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to no one.

Charge me a price of a full set in all I got was a fill. To expensive for 0 quality service got lashes as well came off next day service sucks in quality is poor make sure you know what you paying for before sitting down in the manager will talk about you in that Japan language. Last time there this place just get over. Never again!

I have gone here a few times for a pedicure. But this last time the lady really hurt me. She was digging on the sides of my nails. I don’t have ingrown nails but she was digging around on them until I bled. She kept trying to shove my foot back in the water and hold me by my big toe so I wouldn’t see the blood. I asked her to spray it with alcohol and hope I don’t get an infection.

I just moved in the area and was looking for a new good nail salon to go to. This is my third time coming here and each time my nails broke before it was even time for me to get a fill. Monday was my birthday so I came here to get my nails done. Today is Friday and three of my nails broke. Since My birthday fell on a Monday. I didn’t do much I went for a couples massage and out to eat. I didn’t do anything rough for my nails to break this easily.I just called the shop and spoke to a young man probably the same young man that’s been doing my nails. I told him my issue that this is my third time and each time my nails broke. He proceeded to tell me that they would still charge me if I came in to get them fixed. That’s bad, business and unacceptable.I also noticed they have an ATM machine. Since I work all day, I was probably one of their last customers, so I seen them open the machine ,and probably lying about taking cards.So basically they’re making money off of the ATM your tip and also doing your nails if your nails break they will not give you great customer service. So I guess I’m going to be going to my old nail salon in uptown. It’s worth me driving there versus getting this type of customer service. It’s poor I do not recommend anyone to go here.

Really disrespectful customer serviceHours of business are made up as they Go. I Have Received service before but never walked in and was told they were closed and It's a room full of people. Just say we close at 7:30 and we're not taking any more people You don't have to be rude to a guest that is coming for a service. You need to change or update your establishment hours. I won't be coming back any hour's hope yall last it's to many nail salons that's on every block!
