I was actually going to Zales but it was closed. As soon as I walked in, Bobby greeted me. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. I loved how many options I had for a yellow gold band. He was patient, kind and picked up on my taste. I really appreciated his honesty. I was grateful for a beautiful Mother’s Day deal on top of my military. Bobby showed exceptional customer service from start to finish.

I would give negative stars if I could. This location is in the stonebriar mall, I purchased a 10k gold necklace and cross a month ago, it fell apart at the connection and their persistent on saying they will not fix or replace. Buy your jewelry elsewhere!!!!
