The Manager EDWIN today 6/28/24. Accused me of lying when I said my QTcup was a refill. As I explained I go there and another like 3 times daily. Instead he told me to leave the store. I never raised my voice. This guy is the store Manager. WOW

Girl in the kitchen cant seem to figure out whether she is salting my pretzel or protecting it from freezing conditions. Just one tablespoon of salt is too much.

Christopher is the only team member who knows the rules and regulations his other employees do not know the rules and regulations to the gas station and whether to you to ID people who buy tobacco products in beer products this is unsatisfied that only one person knows code He had to inform his other team members what code was, and that does not sit right with me only because they let three other people purchase what they need to purchase without ID and them and it did not sit right with me that I got ID

Very homophobic especially the security guard I just went in there at 2:27 AM Friday Oct 13th, and they called me all types of slurs as I was leaving and the cashier was a Hispanic male

QT is a attractive store, usually always clean and well maintained. It's the food that's lacking. It looks and sounds good, but rarely is. The pizza is okay. I had a sausage biscuit with egg, and whatever was on it was not sausage. Real sausage doesn't get runny and melt. Also, a brisket burrito I purchased was horrible. I'm not sure it was real brisket either. Choose wisely!

Guy at the counter accused me of stealing ice cream that I never picked up. Definitely feel like I was racially profiled for being black and having on a hoodie (it’s 61° outside). Do better.

I have never rated a gas station before, but this one demanded it. The bathrooms are dirty and never have soap, there are constantly gas pumps broken and panhandlers loitering around the building.
