DO NOT COME HERE !!! My baby was scheduled to have blood work done today June 10th at 8:45, we arrived at 8:52 to check in only for the check in tablet to say, they cannot find the appointment and no one sit at the front to greet you, the numbers online you can not talk to an employee it’s automated . They NEED to change that it’s messing up people appointment and she have other appointments today that I have to push back due to QUEST Diagnostic off motley dr. The Dr. or whoever wouldn’t even come speak with me had an African American lady to repeat what he is saying smh. Who would lie about an appointment if that’s the case I didn’t have to get up early to come here!!! I would never come here again since you can’t talk to anyone to make the appointment and have confirmation apparently the automated isn’t so useful
UPDATE WE CAME BACK 10:13AM and the system still saying we don’t have an appointment!!!! They NEED TO FIX THIS

Took my 1-year-old baby for blood work. she said she lost momentum two time, whatever that means. I was suggested to go to the one on 30 because they have more staff. It wasn't my baby's fault because there were two great veins it was her and to put ice on my baby's arm because they were going to bruised ?. Dislocation is very unfriendly unwelcoming wouldn't recommended to nobody.

My appt time was at 2:40 and walked in about 1pm hoping to be seen sooner. The people that arrived after me were seen first which I understand because their appt was sooner. After they left no one came out. I had to knock to ask if they can see him sooner she said no the system won’t let her accept them sooner. I know they have to go by the rules but I don’t know if this is true or not. She said I had to wait till 2:40. I happily left to another location that I could be seen at 2 and plus this other location was cleaner and friendlier. Won’t be back here unprofessional and lazy!

I had to have blood work done last week by two different doctors. It was confusing. I'm disabled and on oxygen so it is difficult to go and get tests done. The technician named Cyi treated me. She is absolutely a five-star rating. She is knowledgeable, friendly and as much blood as I've had taken over my lifetime she was the absolute best. I did not even feel the needle go into my arm. She made the ordeal so much better by her attitude and the way she treated me. Several months ago I had given this particular Quest a low rating because the previous tech had mistreated me. This young woman changed all that for me. I would definitely hang on to her. She is an asset to your company. Please extend my thank you to this amazing young woman.

ZERO STARS. No help.. Went in to ask a simple question, waited 15 minutes to be told to call the 1 800 number because God forbid any worker have to work, or communicate. Apparently the ONLY worker in the office doesn’t know what tests are offered. They won’t be getting my service.

They are a very unprofessional, didn't even announce who they are. I have scheduled appointment for 2:30 but I got there at 11 and didn't know they go to lunch at 1. She saw 2 walk in people before me and told me to come back at 1 and I had already sit there for a whole hour. And she didn't even say anything. At least she could see the appointment People first then worry about the walk ins regardless of what time the appointment is.

I had blood samples taken at this location last week. The lady there was rude and unprofessional. Her voice was low volume and talking while avoiding eye contact with me . I asked her to speak up louder and she got visibly irritated. Poor customer service
