I was told that if I went in the morning before 9 I would have my order the same day later in the afternoon. I come to pick up my order of 4 jeans and a shirt and they tell me that they will have them ready 2 days from the due date. I was understanding but yet bummed out. Then later on I was told that my clothes was going to be given back to me so I went to the side and waited in the store. 40 go by and they still weren’t able to find what I came to drop off

I am so disappointed with this cleaners.We took 6 table clothes to be ironed/pressed for a big event we held at our business. It was very expressive for just ironing and when we took them off the hanger, it was like they came out of the original package, tons of creases and lines. Not worth it, very displeased.

I had my mother take my JROTC uniform to get dry cleaned here since the time frame in which they promised to have it done within a day. They were specifically informed that the jacket and pants could only be dry cleaned due to the material, and that the shirt was able to be pressed, yet they are pressed everything, and we had to fix it ourselves with our own resources, which caused major planning setbacks and stress as these uniforms are typically inspected when worn most of the time, and this occasion happened to be for a very ceremonious event that only occurs annually. If you pay someone to clean and freshen up anything and give them specific requirements and guidelines, it definitely should not be returned in worse quality than what you brought it in. (There were imprints of the buttons on the front of the shirt, the hip of the pants had many pressed wrinkles and imprints of the pocket shape, the belt loops on the pants were pressed flat, and the jacket had imprints of the pocket lip/opening on the flap that covers the pocket.)
