Went Friday for a chin wax and what does the lady do!!! Take advantage ! If people tell u all what they want please stop trying to sell them on why they should get more services ! We know what we can for ! So then she starts off and says ….. u have hair on your face … ok and … then she did my chin and took it up upon herself to do the side of my face saying there was hair there ! I’m sure it was but I said chin wax!!! Now the sides of my face is itching and she charged me 20.00 for a 8.00 -10.00 chin wax !! Please stop trying to get over on people when they come for a service !! I didn’t need the sides of my damn face snatched ! Crooks !!!!

I am a 72 year old and I went for a petecure, and the young lady who barely spoke English did an injury on my toe. It bleed for a while, and she kept adding creams and other ingredients to the injury. She put a bandage and charged me $48.00. I need another petecure and I will not go there again.

Not the first time I have been to this salon. I always feel as though the nail tech is in a rush even though not overrun with customers. Not the most clean place. I asked for a full set and pedicure. Was told to sit down at a visibly dirty station. I guess one of the employees sensed my hesitation and decided to run a towel over it just brushing old clipped nails onto the floor. I showed 2 people what design I wanted. Both were unable to do so. Was told if I chose a whole new design would be charged for an extra set. The tech was not able to do a glitter ombre. I opted to just do a flower design on the nails supposed to be ombre and he was not able to do anything other than a dot flower. Didn't even clean my nails after. He continued to talk around me with fellow employees and not asking me the customer before completing designs. Stated sorry that he was unable to do the ombre after the fact. Still charged full price. Will NOT be coming back

The lady was so rough on my feet…she was also was working really fast like she had other customers but nobody was there I was the only one in there..she only asked for the color nothing else so she did what she wanted. At the end she charged me $45 bucks because she said she did gel ?. Not going back to this place! They use the same tools for multiple people.

Place was untidy. Floor needed to be swept and mopped...ripped seats...majority of the employees were on their cell phones. Place has really gone down.
The ONLY highlight was the nail tech, Lee...kinda rough, but she did...ok. But, won't be returning.

For years now, I've been a loyal customer at this establishment for my eyebrow waxing needs. As a man in what might seem like an unconventional setting, I've consistently felt welcomed and valued here. They quickly seat me upon arrival and I'm promptly attended to, never kept waiting long. The precision of their eyebrow waxing is top-notch, and it's a special treat when the owner herself takes care of me. She's incredibly kind and treats me with genuine respect. The entire staff exudes warmth and professionalism, making each visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking excellent service.

Do not I repeat do not go here worst service ever got a pedicure done here the lady that did my toes basically did what she wanted I literally came out with the same toes I went in there with did not bother to clean out my cuticles or cut my toe nails when ask for a French tip she just painted a straight line on top of my toes nail ask her to remove it just leave my toes clear I paid 55 dollars to sit there for nothing

This is the worst thing I could have found
The job they gave me is terrible
I went to have my nail color changed and they ended up removing my nails that I had on.
Disgusting job I will never return to this place first and last time
If anyone stops to see my comment

Terrible decision to go here. Not even a week later and my nails are already chipping and falling off. The nail techs were burning the hell out of my fingers and even leaving cuts! After I paid for all of this, my card got 75 dollars charged to it, but the payment “did not go through.” Don’t go here, go someplace else.

WORSTTTT i ever been too ...prices all over the place was overcharged for regular pedicure was asked 5 r more times to get Gel when I said NO .. then be like tip me at the end when yall ain't do nun to get tip ?♀️ worried about the money n not the customers ?♀️?♀️?♀️

Kelly gave me a great facial wax. Left my eye brows beautiful. My friend got a great pedicure. The deluxe service with hot rocks and hot towels. Definitely coming back for my pedi and mani !
