“I ship often with USPS for my small business, so I really get to experience different offices and what they have to offer.. and this one is fine. I don't understand the negative reviews, they literally offer everything they are suppose to. It seems like the funding for this branch isn't as plentiful as others when comparing infrastructure.. but that's not their fault. The people at this location have been serving me since 2012 and it's nice seeing their friendly faces when I'm in town.”

“It's a post office. What sets it apart is the history behind it. Clearly the road in front of it was used as a practice bombing range for bombers in WWII and beyond. Come see the history. Come feel the history as your spine is slammed against the roof of your car when you drive over a bomb crater. Come test the shocks in your car, truck, off road vehicle, or tank. Regardless of what you drive, your shocks are going to be ruined.”

“USPS has been around a long time. To say we don't need them would be out of place. I have used the usps for many years with good and bad experiences. If you have patience and determination, you can get through anything that would lead you through the process of using the usps. Everyone location has pros and cons. I would recommend slowing down and taking a slow pace to make sure you have the patience needed. Stay calm.”
“Thank you for being so efficient in shipping off my package. Dropped it off Thursday night and it was delivered in Wisconsin by Monday morning. I will continue to drive to this post office to ensure my packages/letters are delivered timely. Also, I’m hoping we can get a self service kiosk in the future, that would be great!!!!”

“This post office is one of the best I've gone to. They're not over the top friendly but they try to get you in and out. I can't ask for more than that. It's so hidden I didn't know it existed for years living a few miles from it. I left my notebook there once early in the morning and when I realized it late afternoon I went back the next day and it was sitting right where I left it. If you can find them, give them a shot.”

“I just moved to the area and this is the closest post office to me. The lady working there on Friday afternoon was very welcoming and greeted everyone. It was my first time shipping an item so I had some questions and she was able to answer all of them. In the past I’ve encountered employees that are very rude but the lady here was so sweet and helpful. You can tell she enjoys her job. I will definitely be back.”

“This is one of my favorite local USPS offices. Friendly & helpful staff. At times they are understaffed but I always see them doing their best to help customers. I notice there are quite a bit of retail customers that come in and get frustrated when they don’t get their way being bold and wrong. I wish people would realize we’re all human and its important to be compassionate and understanding with each other. S/O to Sandra!”

“I have never had a problem at this post office. While they can be busy at certain times, I have always received courteous service. In addition, I just called them direct for a shipping problem...the phone was answered quickly, and Penny was extremely helpful.”

I’ve been having the same mailman since I’ve moved there five years ago he has outstanding customer service when it comes to me and receiving my packages because I am not from Texas so my family tends to send a lot and he is a great mailman. “I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this post office. I like the late night self service kiosk- I’ve mailed packages and letters using this service. I also went during business hours to mail my passport application and purchase the money order for the passport renewal and the cleared were all in good spirits and very helpful.”
