I would like to start at the gym and I would like to know if there is staff that provides support for new people like in this case (me)?

Can be really crowded at times, and the staff is pretty oblivious. Don’t expect customer service or even a greeting. They’re too busy on their phones. But the equipment works fine and the bathrooms are generally ok.
