All of the workers are very friendly and professional, and I always find what I need and on top of that, they have great deals on many products.
The ONLY negative thing I could say about this store is that the fish wall could use a better cleaning to get rid of the black algae and improve fish and water quality.

Gabe and Chris were so helpful and patient today. Can’t thank them enough. Chris took so much time to explain what it took to take care of our new beta. We walked out with everything we needed, products and knowledge. Thank you both!

I was nervous to bring my aging god here. I want to give a special shoutout to Brooklynne. She heard my concerns. When I picked my dog up not only did her grooming look great, exactly what I asked for, my dog was cheerful. My dog has had negative experiences in the past and would usually leave visibly stressed out. She left here a happy dog. Thank you Brooklynnne. Highly recommended. Also there snacks are great and they have hard to find stuff my dog likes like the dehydrated duck necks.

I’m not a huge fan of pet stores But I was told I could take my dog to one and bath him. So I hear all these good things about pet supply plus in mesquite. I’m like ok what could it hurt. I drive up there pay their price and what my turn. There was a woman there I am assuming a manager even though I never cared to read her name tag didn’t think the whole experience there would be one I would regret. We tried to get my dogs nails clipped and the woman had an attitude about. Clearly she just didn’t want to do anything. She finally says we have to have rabie shot records which is fine but never have I needed them before to get a dogs nails clipped. Than after being frustrated with the experience I decide to leave and just get a refund. Little did I know the cashier would have to call the same woman that didn’t want to cut nails to come give a refund. Which she didn’t want to do and she didn’t do it! So after going through a whole thing she finally gives store credit or gift card. Which is the last thing I want. I don’t want to go back to that store again and deal with what they have going on. So all this to say horrible experience will never go to another pet store again! I will not be able to give them any stars. Even though it won’t let me post this without putting a star. Just because it shows one star I don’t stand by it. I hope everyone else has or had better experiences than what happened today

Unfortunately I have to give one star in order to post this review.
Please do not bring your pet here for grooming. Brooklyn has the worst attitude and I wouldn’t trust her grooming a cockroach. She’s nasty, vile and argumentative. Save yourself the hassle. HOWEVER, the lady in the front of the store provided amazing customer service and I MAY get products from them because of her but I may just go with Amazon or drive further for Hollywood Feed for products all because of Brooklyns stank attitude. She doesn’t understand we’re not there for her personally, we’re there for our pets and she’s merely a representative of the business we’re patronizing.

I have been going to Pet Supplies Store in Mesquite for a long time and now that I reviewing my account on line, I have not earned any points at all. When I used to go to Hollywood Pet Store, I did not need it to ask for my points. They always gave me credit without me going to their web site. Question is; "Why they ask me for my phone number if Pet Supplies Plus store are not given me any rewards for my purchases. I think I am going back to Hollywood Pet Store even though is a little far. You lost a customer.

Great pet store! Prices are very competitive and shelves are well stocked. We were served by 2 different employees. Both were friendly, helpful and professional. I had a huge bag of dog food and the cashier asked if I wanted help to my car which I definitely appreciated.
