If you live anywhere or are planning to move somewhere that uses this company, first of all just don't; if they wrongfully tow you, you need screenshots for proof of registration and to waste a ton of your time in court to reclaim your money.Register your car, or have your guests register theirs BEFORE they exit it and screenshot everything. They will take advantage of you in a second. Tow truck seems to be constantly slow creeping the area looking for victims.Towing was, for one of my guests and my roommate who was borrowing his mom's car, $300. They lock you in a cage in front of their building for up to an hour while you wait for them to decide to process everything. The cage covers the front and the door electrically locks behind you as you enter. If you can bring someone with you, I would definitely have a second person either waiting outside so you have someone to help in case of emergency or just hold the door open.Something that was humorous to me is that they claim to have never lost a court case, however according to the leasing office who contracts with them, you can use a screenshot of your registration to get your money back in court (as stated above) and, I don't know, seems like every time someone does that it's a LOSS.And despite all their bravado, and obviously there's a good chance i just missed it in the list, they know they aren't all that great because they aren't accredited by the BBB despite the nearly 800 towing company listed for in and around that area.

Insanely unprofessional and uncooperativeAlso illegally towed per apartment lease contractI baby sit my kids for my ex over night while she works. I go out to my motorcycle in the morning when she gets home and it’s gone as well as her car which I parked in front of with my bike. The tow company put a sticker on the car saying she had 10 days to move it but instead towed it in the am or pm. I park my bike in front of her car so I don’t have to chance it being stolen and their excuse was there was no resident sticker which was NEVER provided. I’m trying to get in contact with the apartment administration to see what they can do for me because clearly this company doesn’t want to recognize that they’re at fault and judging by the reviews, this is been going a while. Extremely disgusted with how proud some people can be.

I tried to call to request extension because my other car needs a part I had to use my old car with expired tag. I have tried to get it inspected and need to wait another week. My car is registered to park at my apartment and you're trying to destroy my life!

The representative Serena is rude, lacks professionalism and represents this company poorly. She yelled at my minor child and advised “I thought I was better than her” which reflects her inner insecurities and lack of concern for the individuals which she’s hired to answer the phone to assist. Having a towed vehicle is traumatic enough to only deal with an unprofessional and rude representative.

In their quest to ensure that their drivers are able to stay awake all night to ensure that they are able to troll apartment complexes in search for cars belonging to people who don't know the regulations as opposed to people who knowingly break regulations, this company utilizes tweakers who probably don't actually have a valid license. These types of practices should be illegal but sadly they're not. This company is able to contract with complexes(where someone is obviously getting a kickback) to tow people who have broken no rule except for not knowing a regulation. I suppose if that's the type of company that you strive to run then they have succeeded. Immoral and unethical is definitely their motto.

Don't answer the phone or return calls, website and google has wrong address, towed my car 45 mins away and charged $345 for a small car that was there for less than a day. Person working was rude and useless talking to me through a microphone and one way window. Also charged me more than the $255 maximum towing fee in Texas.

Where do I even start. This has been one of the worst towing experiences I’ve ever had. Not only does this company completely leave you high and dry but they also are scamming I’m sure. Their official website hasn’t been updated it god knows how long. The website is also faulty. ( I registered my vehicle at my friend’s apartment and was still towed). If you have to use this place make sure you screenshot your confirmation. They do not care about their own mistakes, only your money. Beware that the location on their website isn’t even right. They have a sign to tell you to go to another location, only to get there and be told to go to yet another location. Very poor business practices honestly.Service: Car towing

This company is a SCAM. This company is broke and they run around when they can't find anything to do they will tow your car and LIE about the reason just to make money!! This company should be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!! And I'm gonna figure out how to get them off the streets. If it takes me money to do so. If there's other people whom would love to see this I'm building an affidavit against them to sign.

My insurance company Geico,and myself have been contacting you about a hit and run on my car while they were picking up a white dodge charger that was parked next to mine on 7/13 around 6pm and we do have witnesses to describe the driver and the tow trucks paint on my car! I would greatly appreciate if you would be an upstanding company and not hang up on us when we call to resolve this matter.

As soon as I parked my vehicle they towed it away, there was no signage or warning of towing, I have pictures of the spot I was in, I talked to the police about it and I talked to the impound about it, they advised me to take the tow company to court, but that would be a waste of my time, because obviously they don’t have any money! Theft is a felony though, they belong in prison.To make matters worse the impound, and the police department we're kept waiting on these people to answer us on the issue, they were made aware that there was no signage and I had the pictures to prove it, they refused to comment on the issue and kept hanging up, all 3 of the phone conversations were recorded. If I committed a felony like they did, I would be in prison!The tow truck driver is very dangerous, please be careful around him, it looks like he's on drugs and I last saw him being aggressive around other people.

Absolute worst towing company. They have many hidden fee’s and they will not explain them once you are there. Towed my vehicle with a pass at 6:21am as they are to stop towing at 7am. Asked to pay a difference and was still quoted $325!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I spoke with management and they began to throw out different prices, if i could give 0 stars id give them a -1.Service: Car towing
