Bought my First Car with Mrs. Lena, she helped me get a really good deal on my first car. She helped me out in so many ways I couldn't believe on the great deal she gave me. It was a blessing I was waiting for. She is very kind to all of her customers and very helpful, and also checking to make sure my car is still running in good condition without and problems.

I have had a pleasant experience and they make the buying process easy. They are even willing to get the vehicle you want when you get close to paying off your current vehicle.

Very rude. We went inside to inquire about a vehicle. We were ignored for a full 5 minutes (I started timing after a minute). Now, I understand phone calls must be made but some kind of gesture would have been nice. And there were TWO people there. Someone could have at least said hello. Then, he finally comes out of his office with an "I'm better than you" attitude and rudely says "Can I help you?" We express our interest and tell him what we are looking for and he just says "that's what we have." We decided to take our business elsewhere. Obviously our money was not good enough for these people.
