The ignorant manager, refused to take my return of a battery, because I didn't buy it there I was told on the phone to return it to any O'Reilly store, the will NEVER get my business again here's the gift I got to Criminal trespassing charges. So no, I don't think I'll be returning.

Calvin is the RUDEST associate. I came to return a part that they ASSURED me would fit my car. I didn’t. So I returned SAME DAY to return the product and Calvin was more concerned with the fact that he couldn’t “resell” it than processing the return. He ended up giving me my money back BUT AFTER HE LECTURED ME on something that THEY messed up. Terrible service. Do not come here.

I cant work in my cars on weekdsys and every saturday and sunday theres one guy at the front and 2 moving stuff around and a line of 10 people, they know we are there.. but act as if theyre in a secret mission to uncover dark secrets of parts or something.., the line has 5 waitng to pay and 5 waiting for service. I spent 40 minutes in line.. just to pick up my internet order.

We had a bad experience at a different location and then came to this one in hopes of a solution. Nate was very helpful and SUPER patient in understanding the situation and doing his best to assist us. Very polite customer service.

I came to get my battery checked at 7:30 am and there were multiple employees working and I was their only customer but I was told they couldn’t check my battery because they are short staffed and couldn’t leave the counter to go outside because they had to answer phones…. I went across the street to auto zone where they helped me

I recently purchased a fuel pump for my car and as I replaced my old one it didn’t function. Then I went it to get it replaced but “Alex” declined my replacement due to the smell of gas. Well obviously it would smell like gas and it’s not my fault that the part came defected and still expected me to bring it smelling fresh. I then went to a different Orreilys and they gladly replaced it for a different one. Horrible customer service from Alex
