Worst customer service. The all personnel is rude and mean, they yell at you and have zero respect for their customers. No sympathy, no gratitude, no ethics. They have none, zero, naida. The worst person to ever give you a hard time is that woman named Nancy, she keeps telling to customers to stop asking questions as they aren't their personal friends, and if you need help with your car parts go ahead call a dealership. I truly hope that this post won't be deleted. They don't like the truth, the all personnel is rude and not helping you at all. Don't recommend this store, run away

This place is great. Noe, Robert and the techs here are super helpful and friendly! I was able to replace my alternator easily and they provided much assistance!

I bought a battery online and went to the store to ask for help with installation and drop off the used battery. Nancy and Lisa guided me and lent me the tools I needed to install the new battery. I appreciate their help and professionalism, as well as the fact that they treated me in a cordial and friendly manner. Congratulations!
