I love Office Depot (Mesquite, Texas store)..I receive excellent, friendly customer service and everyone is always willing to help even if they are trying to do something else they will stop and assist you if you ask..even if you don't ask and your looking confused (like me) they will stop and assist. The Office Depot I will go to...Way to go Office Depot!!!

Print services is a joke. Worst service I have received. No use in checking in they don’t even follow it. Checking in wait time is wrong by 4 times as much time. Go anywhere but here.

Terrible service. Barely anyone working. Not one of their employee acknowledged me nor asked what I needed help with. Here since 4pm. It's 5pm now and still here. Only to laminate a page. Over an hr. Ridiculous.

Just to print a single Sheet, it takes half an hour to an hour with people talking instead of doing what is going to be done, and the excessive amount of time that they take away from one does not seem fair to me because one also has many more things to do. Customer service is too slow super slow very very very extremely slow I see it and I don't believe it already on several occasions I have come here and the same thing has always happened always not there one day when they don't attend to me as normal what should be 15 - 20 minutes has never happened to me

Do not come here to ship you will be here for hour and thirty minutes.Horrible experience, had to enter in the shipping info myself which I don’t mind but it was the fact she left to take care of a customer for another 30minutes.Just go directly to FedEx you will save hours.She even had the audacity to go help even another customer before me.Store employee name was Vina.
