David was super helpful in a tough bind. My tire was flat on a Sunday and when every other place was close NTB was open and they worked to fix my tire. Very grateful for their help!

Have never made a purchase from NTB. went in and was met by Donovan, four tires later it was history. Was very impressed with the service. It was a pleasant change from the sales ethics of Discount Tire.

Came in and was wanting to get my tires rotated quickly, manager David got me in quickly and don’t try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff like most shops do. They also were honest about a repair that needed to be done. The waiting room was clean and the bathrooms too. Highly recommend.

I really liked this shop. The services are performed well and in timely manner. I did there tire balancing, it was done with no scretched on the wheel, and alignment. Representative Alex was very helpful. The only thing that can be improved, it is that the store needs to have working printer for the results of the alignment. I was given an electronic copy, but still I think it is better to see a hard copy. I recomment this store, and myself plan to visit it w/my auto needs.

Was tired of driving long distances to get my Mercedes fixed so i looked up the nearest ones and stumbled upon NTB. From the initial phone call to getting the quote & getting my car serviced everything was spectacular. Their customer service is world class and I would highly recommend this branch. They handled my car with care and communicated all the way. Will definitely be back. Very satisfied customer special thanks to the whole Team.

Woke up and found my tire was flat, took it up here and Donavon was quick to take care of it for me. Never had any issues here, would recommend coming here if your having any problems with your vehicle.

Discovered my tire pressure was low and discovered a nail in my back right tire. Looked up places near me I could possibly get it done and came to NTB. With all the cars they had they still managed to fit me in and even offered to take care of it on them. Really appreciated David helping me out and the professionalism, hospitality and service.
