The attitude of the female when you enter the branch is disgusting. Not a great way to represent a reputable bank. Management needs to find someone else with great customer service.

My daughter went to the Mesquite location today to open an account and the representative Whittney did a magnificent job ? at advising and education her what Navy offers with her being a college student. Thank you Thank you Whittney for also giving mesome great news for myself.??Navy in Mesquite keep up the great Customer Service ?

Navy Federal itself is great. But when it comes to the customer service, it is horrible. If I call customer service and I asked to be transferred to a branch I should not have to give that representative any information if I'm calling for the branch

By far the worst NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION I HAVE EVER BEEN INSIDE. ONE TELLER.WITH 2 PEOPLE SITTING DOWN AT THE DESK. THE LINE IS LITERALLY OUTSIDE THE DOOR. No Customer service. Greetings or anything. Ion know but New Orleans Navy Federal Set the Standard for me. They have to do better here in Tx. One person seriously disappointed

I am sitting in front of the branch in the car as dried tears rest on my face. ROSS a branch employee made me feel so unheard unvalued and unappreciated. I came in to open a credit card and as ROSS begun to assist me I explained to him I was told the day prior by another banker the express fee would be waived after approval and ROSS immediately said no it could not be. After we debated ROSS finally said even though I was given that expectation by another banker he himself would not honor me that privilege. ROSS said If I wanted a waived fee then come back Saturday when that banker came in but he even thought he could would not. I then told ROSS I would pay the fee but would like to speak with the branch manager over the failed expectation and him lying about it not being able to be done when in reality he just didn't for some reason want to give me that privilege. After I asked the manager contact information ROSS became even more irritated and handed me my items back and refused to assist me he spoke to me in a manner that came across as me being less then. He dismissed me as if I was nothing more than a random person not a valued member of the union. However I calmly got out his chair never yelled cursed or named called I waited all over again to be served and RENE finally called me smiled was nice explained the new credit card and even WAVED THE FEE! Thank you RENE for simply showing up as the best version of yourself and being the person who is nice not for their own gain but for the gain of others. I'm unsure why ROSS handled me and seemed to view me indifferently but I believe I was rewarded with RENE wonderful service because I did stoop down to ROSS.

Yessssssss all the Navy Federal employees are amazing, but Annie definitely stands for A-MAzing! Since this location opened she has made every visit a delightful one. Even if she's not my teller she still manages to say hello to myself & other members by name as we conduct business. Her customer service speaks volumes of how great member services can be.
