Beware! NAPA charges YOU shipping on items that are not in stock. And it isn't flat rate. They cannot keep and advertised part in stock so I pay the shipping? WTH?! With as much competition that is out there, I should have gone elsewhere. As you can see, I made a pretty large purchase and the store manager showed zero empathy and could care less if I ever came back. Neither did the customer service lady at the corp office (waste of time even calling) The associate working the counter understood my frustrations and agreed that is should be waived/refunded but unfortunately, he isn't the guy who could make it happen. I'll be using O'Reilly/Advanced from here on out...

I ordered an alternator for express delivery, which was supposed to arrive within two hours. Half an hour after it should have been here, I called the store. It arrived within ten minutes. I never received an email, and I truly believe that, if I hadn't called, we'd still be waiting a week later. Very disappointing.
