Just make sure that you turn off your automatic wipers. They may not check that before sending your car through the wash.

Hello: I’ve been a customer since Austin now in DFW area.. I would like to give a shout he is a black man,
whenever I come most of the time he directs my vehicle thru the wash.. this guy is super friendly his smile ? lights up the room GREAT PERSONALITY TOP NOTCH ALWAYS GIVING GREAT CUSTOMER SERV. If I didn’t say the right name it starts with an L.. thank all you guys you all do good work thank you all for EVERYTHING YOU DO. It’s not easy being in the heat all day! ???Keep ? the good work!!

This car wash is my all time favorite, I will always drive how ever far I am, to this car wash as I trust them to clean my car inside and out. They do an extraordinary job and I’m always impressed at the end with how clean my car is. I’ll definitely come back

Brought my work truck in today and bought the top of the line interior cleaning. They finished it in about 15 minutes (suspiciously quick). Upon returning to my vehicle, they basically wiped down the top of the dash and sprayed some awful scent inside. This was for roughly $45 and I could’ve easily done what they did for free with a microfiber cloth. They were incredibly nice when I showed up (also suspiciously too nice) and when I was getting ready to leave, they requested I give them a 5 star rating! I will never return here and I strongly recommend you don’t either. Awful work done and had the audacity to charge nearly $50 that a neighborhood kid would’ve done happily for $20.

The outside my car I have no complaints!!! The inside was great at first!!! But , after more inspection I found areas that were clearly missed!! Overall I was almost satisfied. Will I return ,Yes ..... I'll just make sure I do a FULL inspection before driving off.☺️☺️☺️

Pay 40 a month AND an additional 20 for them to clean the inside of my truck. For that price you’d expect them to at least run a rag over SOME of the interior. Literally just as dirty as it was before I brought it in. Had to ask them to at LEAST wipe down driver side window and dirt on floor. Not asking for a spotless vehicle but for the price of a membership and paying extra for interior clean they’d at least put a bare minimum effort to ensure a clean vehicle. Have had this membership for 6+ months and have maybe taken it in 4-5 times in that time span and it seems each time it gets worse and worse. DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You’d be better of paying a blind person with no arms to clean your vehicle, I’d bet it would come out cleaner.

I understand maybe they pay their employees poorly, which is why their work is so unmotivated on the interior and exterior of the vehicles, what a shame, they were going well.

Horrible service smh! My car dealership gave me a coupon for a car wash here. I added the service of them just drying the car off and Vacuuming the car out which came out to $27. After spending $27 I get back in my car only to see water stains still on windows, inside of car was not wiped out. It was really packed and I didn’t have time to go back and talk to a manager. Total dissatisfaction!
