-100000 stars! ⭐️ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! First of all , I was deeply dissatisfied and disappointed in the way I was treated today by ironically the owner, Karen! I’ve been coming to this shop for years and spend over 110.00 for nails and pedicures . Today , Karen decided to be super disrespectful and rude ! When you come to a nail shop it’s supposed to be a time to pamper yourself ! Nobody asks you if you want water or refreshments , she just immediately tells me I’m back to back and can’t do your nails . Ok fine , can you offer someone else to do them or I can come back ??? No suggestion made ! Then , soon as I get a book to look for a color , they start rushing you to hurry and get your nails took off ! I was getting my damn feet done and wanted to relax and look . They think when they’re speaking another language , that others don’t understand! I have translator on my phone and heard them talking about it . Then Karen acts like , it’s a problem for me to do gel and a toe design , I guess because nobody wanted to do it ! So at this point I’m irritated and disrespected ! She does not treat her regular high paying customers like that I see ! That’s perfectly fine , I kept my money in my pocket and resulted to not bother getting my nails done ! No gel on my toes !! Wasn’t spending anymore money with her or her bs shop no tip no NOTHING!! I won’t ever be back , and I’m letting all my girls and my friends and associates know not to patronize this business again ! People deserve to be treated like their money matters , great or small ! You just lost some customers ! Fix your attitude and how you treat people , Karen !

Very friendly and the employees mostly speak and understand English. Sally; Jenny and Karen are great! Highly recommend this place.

Man! The prices here are great but I like a place that has great customer service. The lady was extremely rude… she snatched my feet the entire time, coughed all over my feet and legs… thankfully she had a mask on. She cut my nail bed multiple
Times and spoke with MUCH attitude. I will not be back and I hate that bc like I said pricing was amazing!

Customer service here is horrible the lady in the front, refused to do my nails. She was rude and told me what” I needed for my nails “ and wanted me to do a full set. I went with a friend and I ask for a filer/field because I had this nails for about 2 weeks and they did a horrible job (not at this location) so I thought easy fix just a little file , field and new color. Something simple because I don’t get my nails done from salon. I do them my self. As a business owner this lady doesn't know anything about customer service and how to run a business. To always try to find a way for the customer to be happy (no customer are not always right) but you find a way to fix or refuse business. No business is to small because she clearly only wanted me to pay more. Not how you do business. Also if you want to get acrylic nails just go to a Hispanic nail place they are actually really good use expensive quality and they take their time. Don’t waste your money on rude people, that only care for money not the quality or customer service

I usually dont do leave crazy reviews, Karen is a very nice lady but today i went for a pedicure, with overlay and gel only, I was charged $98 in total the package i selected was $40 for pedi, gel polish is usually $15 ,overlay $10 I expected to pay no more than $75 total but was charged $98 instead. I have never paid that much for a simple pedi not the deluxe package. I have been going to this nail shop for more than two years but I’ll tell you one thing this will be my last time. I felt like I was overcharged and that’s so unfair. I wish I was warned about the price increase prior to service 👎

I absolutely love Miss Nails! I moved 30 mins away over 3yrs ago; after several failed attempts and lots of money lost I decided to go back to Miss Nails as my primary nail spa!
Sally and Karen ALWAYS deliver top notch service and have my nails looking flawless!

My go to nail place! Karen the main gal is amazing! She knows every customer’s name that walks in and what they want. They get you in and out. My go to guy is Ken. He works fast and is awesome! The set always lasts longer than any other place. I will keep coming here

My nails look alright I told the lady I wanted almond she gave that to me but She shaped them horribly and the nail is textured which it shouldn't be with the design I got I wouldnt EVER! go back

I Don’t recommend this place ! I have the worst experience ever in my life I get a pedicure done in this place and the lady make a big deep cut in my right foot, and they still charge me 73.00 dollars for the service when I go back to talk to who I believe is the owner because I’m diabetic and the injury take 3 weeks to heal , I missed work three days and she refused to paid me 390 dollars, so to all mesquite aria ladies Don’t waste you money and time in this place you never know when is happening to you …

I love this place. Do not waste your money at “Top Nail”. Miss Nails is the best. Their pedicures are amazing and last a long time. They take their time with their services and you can tell they truly care about their customers.,
