SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO GET NASTY WITH ME... WHAT DID SHE DO THAT FOR... I POLITELY SAID NO THANK YOU AND WALK OUT... IT'S BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN TOO NICE... STOP ALLOWING THE ONES WHO HAVE GOTTEN RUDE AND BESIDES THEMSELVES TIPS... NO MA'AM OR NO SIR... NO TIP FOR YOUR UGLIEST AND TACKINESS... YOU GOT YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU DID ME A SERVICE ANYTHING ELSE AFTER THAT SWEETIE IS A GIFT... ATTENTION: STOP GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY CAN'T DO NO NAILS... MESQUITE TX HAVE NO REALLY GOOD NAIL SHOPS... YOU ASKED THEM TO DO A DESIGN THEY DO THE OPPOSITE... SO NO TO YOU AND YOU... PLEASE TAKE YOUR UGLIEST SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE WE ARE NOT BUYING OR DO WE WANT TO LOOK AT IT... WE COME TO YOU FOR ONE THING AND THAT'S TO GET A SERVICE OR SERVICE'S... I HOPE MY OLD COSMETOLOGY TEACHER IS LOOKING AT THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE SHE'S NOW AN LICENSE STATE INSPECTOR... THEY GET A -0 FROM ME...

I visited this place for the first time in April for a pedicure. The owner is really nice and the young lady that done my pedicure was good. Though what was really nice I thought I lost my car key inside the nail shop. Though they were very busy because it was a Friday. The employees were busy helping me look for my key. I stepped back to my car to look again and the OWNER stepped outside to make sure I found them. I thought that was really nice. Because she didn't have to do that for me. I'm looking forward to visiting again. Blessings to Miss Nails

Idk how this place has negative reviews but I came here today as a recommendation from a Facebook group. I got my pedicure with a really nice lady and my toes are complicated ingrown toe nails just allaround difficult to work with. Sje was amazing her name is Tee. She made sure I left happy. Susan is so sweet doesn't miss a person and knows everyone who walks in and greets them with a beautiful smile. I'll def comeback here. I love this place. I suggest an appointment as well they get super busy there's constantly people coming in my pedicure lasted like a whole hour and was relaxing.

Karen fixed my granddaughters nails that another salon messed up. I’m so grateful that she was nice to them and treated them with respect unlike the other place that mishandled my 12 yo granddaughters.

My daughter and I went in for a manny/pedi, it was a first visit. I have to say that we enjoyed it, the techs were great, we loved how our hands and feet looked and felt afterwards. The atmosphere was quiet, they were a little busy, but they got us in the chairs fast. We'll go back again for sure.

Got frustrated with me when I asked them to fix my nail shape. As a result, my skin on the side of my nails are burnt from the roughness of the shaping the lady did. It was bleeding when I got home and noticed. I have been going there for a long time, not anymore.

On the weekends it is walk in only. This place stays busy but I didn't have to wait too long. Nails were cut and shaped into an almond shape, dip powder was applied with a brush and designs were made with gel based on the inspo photo by Miss Karen the owner. She did a great job explaining how to make the designs last long with the brush on technique for dip powers. My Chrome set chipped the next day but it was fixed free of charge. Prices are fair and the nails could last a really long time if it wasn't for the nail growth! If I had to nit picky I had a small bump on one of my solid brown nails that I could only see and you have to ask for water instead of being offered water. It also seems that Miss Karen is the only person that can do more complex work so there can be a bottleneck involving her. 4.85/5
