Bad service from the guy who serves, he is very despotic and racist. He only serves dark-skinned and American people well, but not Mexicans. The guy who works there said that there are no good promotions for us and I left immediately and called metro pcs and they told me If there are promotions, the tone of voice is so unpleasant and he told me today metro pcs does not work throughout the country and it is not true, they treated me well later online

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!My mother sought help for a locked phone and was initially told the only solution was to purchase a new device. Later, she was convinced to start a new line with the promise of a deal due to promotion only to find out she had multiple phones and lines added to her account.Upon realizing the error, I contacted MetroPCS, and they assisted in canceling the unnecessary lines and the associated charges. However, when we returned to the store, the manager’s handling of the situation was disappointing. Despite the store’s error, the refund offered was only a fraction of the amount paid, and the explanation lacked transparency.This experience highlights the importance of clear communication and transparency in customer service, even at established providers like MetroPCS. While MetroPCS’s assistance was appreciated, the overall encounter at the store was regrettable. Customers deserve accurate information and fair treatment, especially when rectifying “mistakes” made by the store owner.STILL DEBATING IF I SHOULD GET POLICE INVOLVED!

Questioned my monthly bill and was reminded that I was purchasing my phone monthly for the year instead of like I used to purchase at first price payment upon receiving. After my brain surgery I do have problems with memory, and since this is the first time I have ever paid monthly payments for a phone I thought I was being charged extra for something else.

The phone I bought won't stay charged. I need my phone for work. 100% charged when I leave at 8am dead by 5. I ask for a new phone. The girl that was there never said hi how are you nothing. She a sour puss face obviously in a bad mood or racist. She Mexican me white. She said she would have to keep the phone over night to see if I was telling the truth. That was a complete lie and she should be fired. I told her I need the phone to work. I live 10 miles away so I'd have to drive back. . Rude and a liar. Why would I drive 10 mile to replace a phone I bought 3 weeks ago . Shesthe girl with longer hair and a face made a stone.i would never say anyone should get fired because she might have is the only I'd need to fired an employee.a personal issue going on but to lie and to pretty much say I'm lying. If the manager doesn't fire her then hes doing her....

My brother in-law went in the store to do a device change on my account for me, and they ended up changing my password for no reason. They could have called me to get the code that’s sent to the phone and password for the account. They also changed it to something they wanted and didn’t ask me or him for a new password.HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
