Ok I know I won't get the names right but Ash,Saim, Brandon, Mohamed and Farooq are awesome. I don't know about the other stores but this MetroPCS treats you with a genuine respect and care. They had to deal with my phone issue for almost 4 weeks but they never gave on trying to fix the problem, and fix the problem they did. I would recommend THIS to anyone and everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Metro by T-Mobile, and I can't speak highly enough of my visit. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable.

Anas was really fast. It just took 5 minutes for him to get everything done. I am very happy with the service that I got today. And again I would like to emphasize on this, The guy gave me excellent customer service. Happy with my new phone. Yayy!

I feel very happy to get my phone. Anas was very generous and patient, his help is much appreciated. He transferred all my contacts and every other thing from old phone to my new phone. He also recovered my Gmail. I felt very satisfied and happy getting the phone from this store. I will be there next time too. First class customer service! Clean and friendly environment.

A Big thank you to this gentleman! Anas is a star, he greets with a huge and positive smile! I was so unhappy when I came into the store in regards to my phone however he has been an amazing help! He was polite, fast and helped me with the phone swap. I wanted to use this platform to appreciate him. I would recommend everybody to come here.

?Scammers! We finance 3 phones and they gave us 3 speakers (Thunder T23 Amazon $23) they said they were FREE. They refused to give the leasing company name they said the contract was under metro pc not the customer. I did a google search and found the leasing company. In the contract they added 3 JBL speakers. I was never told or given the speakers. I file a dispute with SMARTPAY after reviewing my case they removed the 3 JBL’s from my account. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! The manager was the one who did everything.
