I don't like giving one star reviews but this place earned it. We upgraded a line (which was a mistake). The transaction was relatively smooth, we got a great phone, except the associate who waited on us ADDED A LINE TO OUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION, CONSENT, AND WITHOUT INFORMING US.
At the end of the transaction as she was handing us the bag, she said "Oh he gets a free tablet with his purchase today"
--- that was it. She didn't mention that she ADDED a tablet line to our account, we did not want another line we have no use for it, they're just trying to meet their monthly sales. The bill went up all for a line we did not ask for, want, need, and would never approve of.
We spent the following days going back and forth between 611 customer service and going physically to the store multiple times trying to get the line cancelled. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. They do not value the customer's time AT ALL.
Please save yourself a headache, call customer service, get your account number and SWITCH COMPANIES.
Such snakes.

The manager here always helps me a lot, she is very kind whenever I need a phone number I come and look for her and she always serves me very well, good customer service

I went in there today and the lady was completely rude she wasn't wearing a name tag but she had extremely long fake nails. Never again

Tried calling the phone number listed. Someone picked up and hung up on me multiple times. Not a word was said on either side. ???♀️

Love love love this store ! Been going here for 2 years now it’s always clean and staff there is very nice and welcoming they always know how to take care of there customers whenever they need help definitely recommend going to Alejandra ! Very sweet young lady

Very bad customer service. My mother is older and has a hard time using these new phones. She needed help with her phone so she stopped here since this store is on her way home. The manager told her he could not help her, that they did not help with that type of issue. When another employee attempted to help he told him not to help her. She went down the street where she always goes and they were able to assist her as usual. This has happen twice with the same employees. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Alejandra yelled at us, blamed us for not having a phone (iPhone 6s) that worked, didn’t return our money and kicked us out the store. That was unacceptable, she made us feel shameful & embarrassed. I reported this incident to Metro. I hope Customers don’t feel the way that I did. Absolute worst costumer service I’ve experienced.

The store itself is clean and nice but the staff isn't the best. I asked about some phones was recommended a phone and got sold a complete trash phone. I know a lot is on me for not checking the online reviews the but the employee really recommended the phone I got and said it had amazing reviews. I get home and this thing is a potato probably the worst phone I have had. I don't expect a lot from metro but this was a huge disappointment. Then when I call I just got attitude. The problem is already annoying enough don't need rude employees on top of that.
