Mesquite Credit Union has friendly and helpful employees who assist with issues, though there are some frustrations. Customers often experience problems with the chip in their debit cards, needing to insert or swipe repeatedly, which can be inconvenient, even causing store visits to be abandoned. Long hold times on the phone and confusion with the new online banking system also cause frustration. Additionally, the fraud department sometimes blocks certain purchases, leading to missed opportunities. While these issues do not usually cause customers to close their accounts, they can be annoying. Some members have also faced loan rejections due to employment history, despite long employment periods. However, positive experiences, like helpful interactions with staff, highlight the overall friendly environment at this location.
I have applied for a personal loan and got rejected only because of my employment length with my new employer even I have been in same job for last 20 years with different employers. I dont have any problem with that but they should’ve read my applicatin and my eployment length before they run my credit
