“I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the staff who evacuated me and my 7 year old daughter on Aug. 12 shortly after fleeing from a shooting that took place. I didn’t know what was going on or who we were running from but the staff remained calmed and opened the gates so we could hide. “I was willing to leave a 1☆ based off my experience today with an employee until i spoke with a manager (Micah) whom I have had the pleasure of seeing and helping me when she was in the online order dept..she has always been nice e and informative. So, when she told me who she was I knew that my voice wouldn't go unheard.
I am not trying to have anyone loose their jobs I just think coaching and customer perception should be at the forefront with this employee..
It was a very bad experience considering I work in customer service and has been a manager for over 25 yrs I know what should be expected..we should always give benefits for any product we introduce to our customer and when someone say no it means just that..it comes off as being aggressive and "I need to meet my goal'...
