A week ago I decided to swing by the store to look at mattresses. Over the years I had passed by numerous times . I left my home 🏡 later than planned. It was after 10am when I made it safely to the store. To my surprise 😮 there was a note 📝 on the door stating employee had left to get lunch be back in 5mins. I walked 🚶🏾♀️ away disappointed returned to my car. Decided to call 📞 the business as I found their number on Google. I spoke with Jeremy owner of this family owned business. He advised he would call 📞 the employee to see where he was. As I sat in my car waiting patiently I saw 👁👁 a young man looking at me trying to get my attention. He was the sales rep who apologized as I walked 🚶♂️ inside the store. First impression of the show room it was clean smelled nice and the mattresses were organized on the floor. Mike, sales rep asked what my budget was and showed me 2 mattresses he asked me to lie on on each mattress to see which one would fit my sleep needs. I explained to Mike I suffer from insomnia. I am a stomach sleeper . He asked if I preferred soft or a firm mattress. I advised the firmer the better 😊. I followed him to the desk to get my order written up. Initially I thought my delivery would be the next day . The store didn't have the mattress in stock . It had to be ordered. We agreed on having it delivered in exactly a week. Mike asked if it were to arrive before Christmas 🎄 would I be interested in having it delivered sooner than the following week. I replied there's no rush but if it were to arrive to their store earlier that would be cool. Last year I made a purchase at a well known competitor whom over the years I had purchased several items from them. What a shock this company left my item outside on my porch 😒. I had to struggle to bring it inside my home . I asked Mike if they offered setup and haul away service of the old mattress. He advised yes they would with a charge for delivery, and haul away. I felt comfortable enough to proceed with the sale of the new mattress which comes with a 10 year warranty. The delivery driver named James gave me a courtesy call 📞 advising he should arrive at my home 🏡 in approximately 15 minutes according to the GPS he was using . Upon James safe arrival I led him to my primary bedroom where he easily picked up the old mattress like it was a rag doll 😁😆 and proceeded to load it on his truck. He removed the plastic on my new mattress I was surprised 😮 to see how thick it was . I became excited 😊 in anticipation of sleeping 😴 on my new mattress. James and I were able to engage in conversation while he was here . I received good customer service from Jeremy, Mike, and James . Thank you guys for assistance in choosing my new mattress to having it delivered to my home.

Caleb at The Mattress Depot was absolutely amazing! He helped us with a very last-minute need for a mattress and also assisted my me in finding the perfect mattress for ourselves. From start to finish, he was incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive, stayed late, making the entire process stress-free. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out, and we felt confident and well taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend asking for Caleb if you’re shopping at The Mattress Depot outstanding service all around!

Caleb was such a great help! He took his time answering all of my questions and was very patient throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how knowledgeable he was. The store has a wonderful variety of mattresses to try, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Excellent experience at Mattress Depot! Caleb was awesome, friendly, patient, and very informative. He answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect mattress at a great deal. The store has a solid selection with plenty of options to test out. Definitely worth visiting if you’re shopping for a new mattress.
