I was very disappointed today coming out my way to drive on this side of town to look at and possibly purchase a mattress to find out that this company do not live up to what they advertise they are supposed to be open today. The open sign is on, but yet the weekly schedule has been pulled off. The door lights are out. I’ve called the number to the store several times they don’t even have an answering service, very disappointed. What a waste of my time.

Went into Mattress Depot today and was greeted by the Amazing, knowledgeable Sales Associate Travis! He was a huge help in guiding us to the perfect mattress that met our needs, which was a little tough but Travis was there every step of the way ensuring we were satisfied with quality and price! Due to his expertise we end of buying two mattress's a king and queen! Thank you Travis for being so helpful!

The owner sold me a mattress and base. The mattress I received was much different in firmness than what I received. When I went back to address the issue, (within the 101-day test period) I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I the owner would not call me, and I was left to deal with his kid managers. Watch the bait and switch and get everything in writing. Don’t expect any verbal promises to be honored. They will politely tell you to **** off while acting like you are asking for something unreasonable and want you to pay for an even exchange.

Update: The owner reached out and was willing to give me a full refund. It was explained it was out if his hands and he apologized for that. He gave me some pillows for my inconvenience if I waited for the later delivery. I waited because I didn't have the energy to go to another shop. I did get my delivery at a different time than I was told by the GM. However, I am glad I received it. I noticed a scent coming from the mattress but it seem not to be as loud a couple days later. So, maybe it needed to airout. I'm not sure never experienced an odor with a new mattress but some people have. I'm still waiting on the mattress protector but the mattress is here.I went to the store on Saturday and was told I came at the right time right before deliveries went out on Tuesday. I arranged to be home and was even told I could confirm the delivery on Monday. Well, I called on Tuesday and no one answered until noon. I was told my mattress was set to be delivered. Then I got a call shortly after explaining a mistake was made and the mattress I purchased wouldn't be there until Thursday, and it couldn't be delivered until Friday. It was stated that brand doesn't come until that day of week. So, why didn't the salesman tell me that from the start? I am having back pains with my old mattress as explained to him. I'm disappointed being I arranged to be home for the delivery based on what I was told. I also had made arrangements for my old mattress to be picked up by someone. So, this inconvenience caused a ripple. I am also waiting for a mattress protector for the bed in which I would need to return back to the store to receive/pick-up. I paid in full plus delivery. And was told after I paid the fine print of a 15% restocking fee if I were to change my mind or not be happy with purchase. This kind of thing makes me want to change my mind. However, I don't like loosing money so here I am waiting an additional three days for mattress and not really knowing how long for the protector. I will change the rating once I get my items.

My husband and I, came to Matress Depot today looking for a matress and we were very lucky to meet Travis. He educated us on the different things to keep in mind when looking for a matress. He very professional and knowledgeable.

We were very impressed with,Travis, the store associate. His knowledge about a mattress was very impressive. He was also very personable and a low key salesman. We purchased a Dream Cloud mattress. They matched the online price and bonus materials offered by the Dream Cloud warehouse. They delivered the mattress 5 days early. We have slept on our mattress for 7 days and love it. If you are looking for a mattress go to the Mattress Depot in Mesquite.

Went in to the store on Beltline in Mesquite Tx, and found to be a very nice store . Great Prices and Great Customer Service he knows what he is talking about and is very polite . Just waiting on my Pillow to come in . Thank You Will Return.

My husband came here to get a new queen size mattress, but we ended leaving with a king size mattress! Nic was very friendly, approachable, amazing customer service skills, and knew everything there was to finding the perfect mattress for his customers! I have referred mattress depot to family and friends and to ask for Nic, because if you want the perfect mattress, he is the man to go to!

UPDATE FROM BOTTOM REVIEW:The owner himself reach out to me! Yes, the owner not a manager. He apologized for the incident, and got my furniture to me the next day. He most definitely did damage control. I will do business with a person of his character again. HE WAS NOT ABOUT MONEY HE WAS ABOUT MONEY, he was about making sure the customer is satisfied, and this speaks volumes.
